Abstract: The processing of rough machining and semi-finishing of revolving body stone is studied, according to the particularity of stone machining. Based on the study of processing, the system of computer aided programming and simulation for the revolving body stone is mainly researched. This system integrates the NC code automatic generation module and numerically controlled machining simulation module and this system is able to verify the pre-existing NC code. Thus greatly improves the efficiency and raises the quality.

Abstract: In this paper, the study is carried out on the milling parameters optimization and cutting database development of radar key parts in electronics industry. The method is proposed in detail on parameters optimization. The material removal rate is chosen as optimization objective. The cutting constraints include machining tool power, tool life, surface quality, deformation and strength of milling cutter and the chatter stability. The genetic algorithm is selected as global optimal method. At last, it presents the solutions of cutting database based on Web, which include general structure, basic function and entity relationship data model.

Abstract: The growth of polycrystalline curved surface diamond film using direct current plasma jet CVD (DCPJCVD) is measured by those techniques. The relationships between morphology, microstructure, and film quality are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), respectively. The results show that, after molybdenum substrate was polished by series of diamond powder, atom hydrogen etching, respectively, a much higher nucleation density can be achieved. Synthetic diamond film is compact, continuous and uniform, and diamond film grows with the columnar spreading from the nucleation surface to the growth surface, (111) faces were dominant in polycrystalline texture diamond film. Raman spectrum indicates that there is only diamond characteristic peak in diamond film, and high quality curved surface diamond film was prepared. IR transmittance of curved surface diamond film in the range of 750 - 4300 cm-1 reached about 60%. Meantime, the IR transmittance was almost the same in the central and fringe regions of the film. These properties indicate that curved surface diamond film has a promising application in infrared windows and dome.

Abstract: Due to hydraulic pump’s multiple fault parameters, imprecision of fault diagnosis and bad fuzzy properties, a novel method of data preprocess to remove the noise disturbance and extract the characteristics of parameters, in which the order analysis is applied, is put forward. Then the hydraulic pump’s fault is diagnosed with decision-level data fusion of multiple sensors. The practical results showed that the fault diagnosis method based on D-S proof theory and decision-level data fusion could promote the accuracy and efficiency of hydraulic pump’s fault diagnosis.

Abstract: A new concept of surface geometric microtexture design is put forward in this article. The conditions of surface geometric microtexture are closely associated with the working surface’s capabilities of machine parts. Therefore, the distinction of surface topography will make a great difference to functional characteristics. However, the link between surface topography and functional characteristics has been neglected for long. With the development of manufacturing technology, special surface geometric microtexture can be designed and processed to achieve some specific goals. Surface geometric mecrotexture design based on function has been one of the important design criterions in some fields along with principle design and structure design, on account of its engineering special pertinence plus its significance in engineering and theoretical study.

Abstract: In this paper, test method was used to study the distribution of cutting force while blade machined with 4-axis and 5-axis NC program. The main difference between the two program was given. The difference of machining forms between 4-axis and 5-axis has led to their cutting forces distribution were different. The change of cutting force in 4-axis machining was large while the 5-axis machining was relatively stable. 5-axis cutting force had no impact comparing with 4-axis, which is more suitable for blade machining.

Abstract: Chemical vapor deposition nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) film has numerous unsurpassed properties, among them, bulk modulus, hardness; abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity are notable ones like polycrystalline CVD diamond film. The super mechanical properties have made NCD film to be an effective way to improve the resistance performance of the ceramic bearing and extended its life. The contact stress of bearing ball with NCD coating in elastic contact was analyzed. Factors such as substrate material, thickness of NCD coating, load and interlayer material which affect the shear stress distribution of NCD coating on bearing ball were investigated. The results show that substrate with low elastic modulus and heavy load will enlarge the difference of equivalent stress value at NCD/substrate interface. Thick film will make the stress distribution at the interface uniform. Soft interlayer should be inhibited to avoid extra stress in contact status.

Abstract: The size and accuracy of the micro-structure is determined by the performance of micro-milling tool. To reduce the tool vibration and improve the machining quality, research on the mechanical characteristics of micro-milling tool is necessary. Finite element method was used to research the mechanical characteristics of micro-milling in this paper. By Mode and Static Analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of various structure of micro-milling cutter was studied. The stress and deformation characteristic, including the influence, was also studied. Finally, the suggestion of optimal structure was supplied.

Abstract: The high-speed hard and dry cutting chips of hardened alloy-steel with PCBN tool is presented in this paper: After the work piece temperature measured by ThermaVision infrared thermometer, it is proved that the heat generated by cutting is carried out by chips; After SEM analyzed chip it is proved that the cutting temperature is increased and then fallen and the PCBN tool suitable for high-speed hard and dry cutting. It is suitable for PCBN tool cutting hardened alloy-steel 42CrMo instead of grinding.

Abstract: According to the airplane landing gear anti-fatigue manufacturing, a new data acquisition system for cold extrusion of internal threads was developed based on LabVIEW platform. And the acquisition, presentation and storage of the data including the torque moment, temperature and tap vibration for cold extrusion process of internal threads were realized. The problem that the data lost during the acquisition was resolved by using the producer/consumer design mode. The experiment that cold extrusion of internal threads in Q460 high strength steel which size is M22×1.5 was completed, and the result shows that the system is reliable and meets the requirements of the measurement.
