Abstract: When ballast materials are subjected to cyclic loading, as a result, the change of particles micromechanical properties will lead to ballast degradation, permanent deformations on the railways step by step. In this paper, it presented a coupling discrete particle-flow simulation model of the railway ballast for cyclic tamping loading. Tamping frequency changes from 25HZ to 60HZ in numerical simulation process. Simulation results that the ballast compaction rate increases linearly with frequency up to a characteristic frequency 35HZ and then it declines in inverse proportion to tamping frequency. The aim of this paper is to study on the effects on the railway ballast under cyclic loading. The study shows that the discrete element method is a valid method for investigation of the microscopic properties of railway ballast now, while we have no other better research method.

Abstract: In order to avoid the problem of tool destroyed and machine damaged because the NC (numerical control) system appeares tool identification error in the tool changing process, in the paper, the author constructed a based on RFID(radio frequency identification) technology tool changing model of the numerical control system. It can improve the tool's high reliability recognition, shorten tool changing process time and reduce the failure rate. it can realize RFID equipment and tool management information system integration that the tag sticked in the tool of the NC system is regarded as information identification basis. The author analyzes automatic tool changing process based on RFID, constructs the system hardware platform and designs software.

Abstract: The number of E-wastes in China is more and more amazing in recent years, but it is lack of effective information system support and advanced means of information collection in the recovery process. In the paper, according to the circular economy "3r" principle and the characteristics of RFID (radio frequency identification) technology the author constructed a based on RFID E-waste recycling model. In the whole recycling process it can maintain the integrity of the information, real-time, so as to strengthen the enterprise for product whole life process control and it is helpful to the poisonous and harmful material of the recovery, reduce impact on environment.

Abstract: By taking the advantages of RFID (Radio frequency identification) technology, this paper consequently raises an idea of applying RFID into MES (Manufacturing Execution System), establishing the modules concerning MES onsite-material management and monitoring of manufacturing, and studying how to construct Intelligent MES.
