Abstract: This design can shorten the mixer tank’s designing cycle, and reduce production cost. Through the research of logarithm spiral curve, a related calculation equation is derived, and by using the approximate calculation method of numerical simulation, every spiral leaf busbar’s spiral Angle is achived. Using Pro/E curve and surface of the software design functions, calculating according to the design, the spiral leaf 3 d modeling and design of the tanks are completed. The experiment shows this tanks completely meet the demands, discharging residual rate index is up to the national standard.

Abstract: There are many problems in the off-line manual press mounting of tapered roller bearing outer ring of some automobile gearbox shell, which are unstable quality, poor precision, the low efficiency and high labor intensity. In order to solve these problems, we designed a vertical pile press machine. PLC is used to achieve automatic control production, and the stable mounting force provided by air pressure system can adapt to the press mounting requirements of the bearings of eight and nine shift gearbox shell. On being applied to the automatic production line, it can press-mount simultaneously the outer ring of intermediate shaft bearing and the second shaft bearing, and switch rapidly between the eight shift gearbox and the nine shift gearbox. Therefore the automatic production is achieved , which improvs the production efficiency , ensures the assembly quality, and brings higher profit to the enterprise.

Abstract: Liquid shock absorbing system as the primary one, although it can solve the shock absorbing problem, there has been a crash or impact occurs instantaneously when the apparent tilt steering and comfort very poor phenomenon. To this end, a new study of nitrogen gas shock absorber fluid control body height at rated load automatically within the body to adjust to the optimal height designed to improve the car's shock absorber damping effect, making the car more shock absorption system safe and comfortable, with a more stable operational.

Abstract: In the traditional design of round broach ,the impact tools of broach maybe unable to achieve the requirements for the processing precision,or even occur the situation of partial fracture due to a exaggerated partial deformation.In this article,by using Pro/E we complete the 3D solid modeling and the dimensional parameterization of the impact tools for combination round and spline broach,then import the 3D model into ANSYS,to analyze and solve the whole process of load and deformation at work.It can effectively improve the machining accuracy and the reliability of round broach, shorten the design cycle and reduce cost.

Abstract: This article has completed the 3D solid modeling of the globoidal indexing cam by Solidworks, imported the 3D model to Mastercam, every processing surface of parts is analyzed, Choosed cutting tools and various cutting parameters for NC machining simulation, designed a set of spatial arc cam numerical control program conforming to the requirements of processing ,so as to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of 3D modeling and NC machining of the globoidal indexing cam.

Abstract: The design and machining of globoidal cam is difficult,because the shape of working surface is complex,and the curved surface of its space is undevelopable. Based on the above reasons,we proposed the parametric Modeling method for globoidal cam based on CATIA/CAA. Through the secondary development of CATIA,we realized the parameterized modeling of globoidal cam using the modelling mothods based on the feature model,it made the design process simplified,improved the efficiency of design,provided a new solution for the design of globoidal cam.

Abstract: The rectifier implements bidirectional power flow, sinusoidal current and unit power factor control in grid side. This paper describes the design and implementation of the current inner-loop and the voltage outer-loop based on space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). A control system based on the fuzzy self-tuning PID for three-phase rectifier is proposed in this paper. The new algorithm based on the fuzzy self-tuning PID can improve the performance of the system. Also, the overshoot of the voltage fluctuation is reduced. Simulation and experimentation results show that the validity of the proposed strategy.

Abstract: In the traditional designs of milling cutter, we cannot get the required accuracy of machining as there may be local deformation on the edges, even more the cutter can break down. Aiming at this situation, a finite-element model of straight pin milling cutter with helical tooth are built using Marc, a nonlinear finite-element analysis software, the different cutting forces of the milling cutter during the cutting process are analyzed and the cutting forces of the milling cutter at different parameters are studied. We get the stress, the strain and the temperature distribution of the milling cutter in different situation. Our work offer a theoretical basis of improving stress of the cutter, designing the structure of cutters reasonably and analyzing the cutter failure as well as a new method of analysis and calculation of the cutter life and strength.
