Abstract: A mechanism that the backoff exponent changes dynamically was proposed aiming at the poor performance of backoff algorithm in IEEE 802.15.4 MAC protocol. The algorithm could adjust the initial backoff exponent according to the previous transmission status and the backoff exponent. A Markov chain model for the algorithm was established and the mathematical derivation for the model was carried out. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the model increases the channel access probability and system throughput. The optimized algorithm improves the performance of LOWPAN effectively.

Abstract: The cooperator’s optimal selection is a difficulty in manufacturing supply chains, but the complex networks developed rapid recent year provide us a new method. It proposed a probability distribution model for optimal selecting cooperator in supply chains. Analyzed the growth of Manufacturing Supply Chain Network Relationship Graph (MSCNRG) firstly, and put forward a probability distribution function consisted with degrees, relationships and conditions of the vertices; some experiments were carried out to check the model. The results of probability distribution model provide a novel method to analyze the optimal selecting cooperators in supply chains.

Abstract: The Capacitated Arc Routing Problem is a typical combinational optimization problem, and traditional optimization methods produced premature convergence problem. Artificial immune algorithm, which simulates biological immune system, is a new intelligent optimization algorithm with good global search capability. This paper proposes AIA to solve the CARP and produces the process and steps for this algorithm. Experiments show that this algorithm can get better solution.

Abstract: the cloud-based service is a new type service way to provide the users in distributed environment, but the service model troubles it popularizing. Aiming at the problem, an indirect addressing service method is proposed in the paper. It analyzed the new problems serving in cloud firstly, then comes out a recourse and service invoking model based on indirect addressing, gave out the service actors of the model in detail, studied the package method of the cloud interfaces, produce the knowledge step in the indirect addressing mode of resources distribution. The analysis proves the method with some advantages, and it proposes a new way to settle the service problem in cloud.

Abstract: The paper presents a review of the sensorless position estimation algorithms which are being adopted by Automobile Air-condition. After analyzing and introducing of the sliding mode variable structure theory and the mathematic model of PMSM, the control strategy based on SMO and its math expression are presented. The simulation model in MATLAB/SIMULINK is established, in which the real rotor position and the estimated rotor position calculated by SMO under dynamic and static state are analyzed. Besides, the principle of sliding gain selection is raised. The simulation provides the theoretical foundation.

Abstract: The issue of CNC machine tool energy consumption and environmental protection plays an important role on manufacturing technology research since CNC machine tool energy is consumed during motor racing or cutting process. The paper analyzes CNC machine tool energy consumption influence by cutting parameters of cutting speed, feed speed, cutting depth. Based on nonlinear mapping ability of neural network, the model of CNC machine tool energy consumption related to cutting parameters is established by using experimental data, and then the optimal combination of cutting parameters are searched by using global optimization of genetic algorithm, and verified in CNC machine tool cutting experiment. The proposed method provides a good energy control proposal for CNC machine tool roughing process. The experimental results show that the energy consumption is optimal.

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of difficult planning the layout in oil transportation network, a new planning method based on evolution is put forward out in the paper. Firstly, the economic effect in the growth process of oil transportation network is analyzed, then, the attachment formula comes with the growth of the network; based on it, the growth process of adding nodes and edges is discussed, and the clustering coefficient is arrived to balance the degree of the nodes. Case study shows that the evolution designing method is reasonable.

Abstract: The historical records of mechanical fault contain great amount of important information which is useful to identify the similar fault, but the structural representation and the knowledge reasoning problem are troubled that we use the historical records effectively. Aiming at the problem, the fault knowledge representation based on ontology is put forward out. Firstly, the knowledge characteristics, the ontology building significance and principle of fault are analyzed. Secondly, the fault ontology is defined and described. Finally, the applications of fault diagnosis ontology are studied in protégé. The case study shows that the fault knowledge representation based on ontology is very intuitive and efficient; it can provide us a novel way to deal with the fault diagnosis problem.

Abstract: In order to resolve the modeling method of logistics network, a basic model named NGM is presented. According to some special characteristics of the real logistics network such as growth, preferential attachment, edge-weighted, and clustering, the basic model is improved and optimized. The modeling method of logistics is analyzed and simulated too. The results of the simulation show that the modeling method is more effective than the traditional logistics modeling theories.

Abstract: the fault diagnosis technologies have made great progress in recently years because some scholars focus their energies on the topic, but the application effect of the new technologies can’t reach the expectant result as before, the reason mainly dues to the knowledge sharing problem and the diagnosis cooperation problem that did not resolved well today. Aiming at the problems, an operation model of fault diagnosis based on grid was put forward out in the paper firstly; then studied the knowledge sharing principle and the methods of the grid, and the accessing strategy of resources and services based registering center in grid are brought forward. The analysis shows that the model is positive to resolve the problems of knowledge sharing and diagnosis cooperating.
