Abstract: The electric boiler in use at present has a significant system inertia and a serious time-lag at the same time the difficulty of building the mathematical model. We often use PID algorithm of integral separation to improve the system. In this thesis, we put forward another PID algorithm of alteration in rate and take the example of the temperature control system of electric boiler. Then we use digital simulation of control system based on MATLAB to The method of fuzzy PID control is a ideal method.

Abstract: In order to improve the real-time and flexible of FIR digital filter, a reconfigurable FIR filter system based on FPGA is designed. According to the filter specialties, the filter coefficients are calculated by the computer. And the configured coefficients of the multistage FIR filter are downloaded to the chip. The filtering computing is completed by the FPGA. The filtered data is transmitted to the computer through the USB2.0 interface for further processing, such as displaying, analyzing and storing. The states conversion between coefficients configuring mode and filtering mode is finished by FSM (Finite State Machine), which ensures the system to work orderly. The experimental results demonstrated that the coefficients configuring of the system is easy, which can adjust the filter coefficients flexibly according to the actual demand, and the filter is effective,that it can effectively filter out the noise signals.

Abstract: To solve the crossing-linkable polyethylene (XLPE) insulation compound purity evaluation problem, a high speed scanning measurement system was designed according to FPGA. With the updated information technology and advanced electronic devices, it is possible to develop a new inspecting technology for sorting, checking and evaluating material quality, by which defects microscopic images can be real-time recorded, processed and displayed. The result shows that this system can measure the size of impurity particles of XLPE cable materials correctly, it also can find out the accurate location and numbers of impurity particles. The resolving power of this method can reach 20 m and the error is less than 10%.The possibility that the impurity particles can be checked out is up to 100%.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision, speed, integration and reliability of the linear CCD system, a multi-scale compress derivation edge detection method of one-dimension image based on wavelet multi-scale transform is presented in this paper. The inspecting system of defects in based on CCD obtains signals of defects in with irradiation of parallel light by using linear array CCD control circuit. The defect signals were collected and transferred by using virtual oscillograph DSO-2902, and the defect signals were analyzed and processed by using computer. Based on it, Before the CCD signal entered the edge detecting system, it had been filtered by filter. Utilizing the characteristic that the grads of grey scale breaks at the edge of picture, the pixel edge of picture was detected by the algorithm which can be used to detect the edge of picture automatically. multi-scale transform used to detect the sub-pixel edge of picture. This method which is more accurate than former single threshold level comparison method can enhance edge and remove noise effectively.

Abstract: To realize filtering of high-speed input data, and aiming at the design method of systolic FIR digital filter, this paper proposes a design method of high-speed FIR filter based on FPGA. The states conversion between coefficients configuring mode and filtering mode is finished by FSM (Finite State Machine), which ensures the system to work orderly. The experimental results demonstrated, it can reduce the input dimension and eliminate linear and nonlinear interference effectively. In addition, it is very suitable for hardware implementation due to its simple structure.

The system achieves to functions of the high -speed data collection, the high -speed video data compression the real time video data Network Transmission and the real time compression picture data storage. the data processed was transferred to PC through USB2.0 real-time to reconstruct defects microscopic images. Experimental results prove right and feasible by adopting the algorithm and scheme proposed in this paper.

Abstract: A new kind of data acquisition system is introduced in this paper, in which the multi-channel synchronized real-time data acquisition under the coordinate control of field-programmable gate array(FPGA) is realized. The design uses field programmable gate arrays(FPGA) for the data processing and logic control. For high speed CCD image data processing, the paper adopts regional parallel processing based on FPGA. The FPGA inner block RAM is used to build high speed image data buffer is put into operation to achieve high speed image data integration and real-time processing. Abstract: Is presented in this paper a new image fusion method is proposed. This approach firstly determines the image edge positions based on Canny criteria and in combination with wavelet transform algorithm. Then use the wavelet transform algorithm to Multi-Resolution analysis edge location in sub-pixel level, thus detecting the sub-pixel edge. Experiments of One-Dimension image show that this method is correct and effective.
