Abstract: The supervision system of hazardous chemical based on the WEBGIS technology is constructed, which displays the reality of the situation and simulates the accident consequence of security risks ( including major risk sources ) to the user in the form of map, realizes the registration of hazardous chemicals, enterprise qualification examination, administrative licensing of hazardous chemical construction projects, and investigation and rectification of the potential safety hazard in hazardous chemicals enterprise as well as management and supervision in other related business process through information means, and improves the ability of supervision and emergency rescue in chemical safety production. It has an important significance to prevent and control the major hazard. This paper introduces the supervision system of hazardous chemicals and the structure, database design, and system application of the supervision system.

Abstract: The spontaneous combustion in coal mine goaf badly influences the underground safe work and regular production, which has become one of the major disasters that get much attention and need to be controlled. This paper analyzes the causes of spontaneous combustion and the relationship between the significant gas and temperature, the degree of spontaneous combustion, and coal category to monitor the composition and concentration of the significant gas of the spontaneous combustion in coal mine goaf and graphically visualize the change trend in a certain period. At the same time, when the composition and concentration of the significant gas approach the spontaneous combustion point, the system can make a sound-light alarm. The system not only provides robust technical support for the prediction of the spontaneous combustion in goaf, but also gives some reference for the prevention of underground spontaneous combustion in coal industry.

Abstract: The incompatible data information between the various types of ventilation management software and the coal mine safety monitoring system has become a major obstacle to the mine ventilation and safety management informatization. This paper studies the synchronizing integration of the heterogeneous data between the coal mine three-dimensional visualization ventilation system and the security monitoring system, which divides the mine ventilation information into the basic information and the security monitoring real-time information, analyses the transmission characteristics of the real-time monitoring data, explores the conversion of heterogeneous data online communication, and achieves the integration of geometric parameters and various dynamic parameters for the coal mine ventilation system.

Abstract: The dam break accidents of the tailings ponds occur from time to time, which has a serious threat to people's properties and lives. This paper uses the 3S technologies combined with conventional monitoring technology to build intuitive, real-time, and dynamic online monitoring network system for the observation, analysis, and early warning of the tailings ponds. When the monitoring data are abnormal, the system alarms to the personnel who manages the tailings pond by dual-mode method of sound and light. Meanwhile, the warning site is visually shown by the words and illustrations. The system provides a strong technical support for the safety supervision, accident prevention, and accident pre-control of the tailings ponds.

Abstract: At present, gas disaster is one of the main problems for Chinese coal industry. The prevention and control of gas accident is an important part of coal mine enterprise production safety. This paper uses wireless sensor network to collect the coal mine gas concentration parameter, transmits and stores the data to the server of gas monitoring system by information fusion of sink, and synchronously displays the data to the client in the state of three-dimensional space. When the gas concentration of monitored coal mine roadway is greater than the limit, the sound and light alarm will be trigged and the alarm area will be displayed. In the meantime, the information of contingency plan will be provided. The system gives a strong technical support for the early warning and controlling of gas disaster and provides a reference for the prevention of gas accidents in coal enterprises.
