Abstract: The paper was mainly research on hydraulic support by finite elements method. It took a certainly type of hydraulic powered support as an example. All parts of hydraulic support were analyzed in finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench12.1. The simulation data was compared with test data and the relative error factor was discussed, it indicated that three-way pasting the strain foil could generate much more low relative error than other ways or pasting foils in pressure frame test.

Abstract: To meet the development of ubiquitous information environment and improve timely response efficiency of iron & steel enterprise, combined with characteristics of steel manufacture industry and its automation and informatization, an intelligent manufacturing system (IMS) of iron & steel enterprise based on the multi-dimensional ubiquitous information space is proposed. The system architecture is studied from two different aspects: systems business function aspects and intelligent manufacturing technology in ubiquitous information environment. From the perspective of local soft reconfiguration, reconfiguration method and self-organization mechanism of iron & steel enterprise IMS in ubiquitous information environment is studied.

Abstract: Safety and reliability of liquid ammonia storage tank is very important. The stress of manhole is high and complex, so it is necessary to analyse welding stress of manhole of liquid ammonia storage tank. This paper ignored the complex process in the weld pool, simulated complex thermal process in weld pool by continuous conductive welding heat source, deduced the calculation formula of maximum stress by establishing Gaussian heat source model of carbon dioxide welding, and modified stress exponent k of cylindrical pressure vessel. This new method has a positive meaning for welding stress analysis of pressure vessel.

Abstract: Heat-treatment was emphasized for its important role to qualify the products of heavy rail, and induction quenching was one of the widely used heating process methods. The temperature field of U71Mn heavy rail during the quenching process and various kinds of factors that may influence temperature field to be distributed were simulated by the FEM software. The result shows that the main factors that influence the way that temperature field was distributed were how long the heating and keeping warm time were, and the value of the pressure of wind when cooing the steel, the difference of which would directly influence the results of the heat treatment of heavy rail. It is significantly valuable for the choice of relevant parameters for the heat treatment of U71Mn heavy rail.
