Taking the myopia therapeutic apparatus as an example, the essay gives a designing and manufacturing procedure of the injection concurrent engineering. Conditions of the introduction of concurrent engineering technology are pointed out.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision of the Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Integrated System, the author considers the manufacturing error chain as a closed-loop. According to the feedback method of closed-loop error, the author applies the BP neural network into the error control of the Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Integrated System to improve the product precision. And the error control method is applied in production.

Abstract: In existent reference material on stamping, a range of application of the calculating formula of shearing force of die of inclined edge is not limited. This gives rise to misunderstanding very easily. Now this paper from different points of view just analyses and discusses the Calculation method for shearing force with different rake angle of inclined edge, so it is very practical and significant.
