Abstract: This paper describes a method for software design and proposes a control strategy for data processing in temperature control system. According to the proposed method, a combined feed-forward plus PID control is proposed, with additional temperature sensors, the major load disturbance attached to the system is measured. The experimental results demonstrate that the temperature control strategy significantly improves the dynamic performance on the control process.
