Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of existing focused ultrasonic technology, a new high-power Spherical Shell Focused Ultrasonic Transducer (SSFUT) was designed. The SSFUT is composed of a sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer and a bending vibration spherical shell. Simulation on acoustic field of SSFUT was carried out. the acoustic field pressure distribution nephogram and the axial acoustic pressure curve of the SSFUT were obtained. The consistency of finite element simulation results and experimental results was verified by testing. The research provides a theoretical basis for implementation and application of the new focused ultrasonic technology.

Abstract: Based on the theory of ultrasonic vibration, a new type of ultrasonic atomizing vibrator (UAV) with a vibrating steel sheet was proposed. By using the finite element analysis software to simulation analysis and research for the new type of vibrator, the frequency and vibration mode of atomizing steel sheet was obtained and the prototype of vibrator was fabricated. The impedance and vibration displacement of the vibrator was tested and the experiment of the new type of vibrator was carried out, which verified the feasibility of the new type of vibrator design method.

Abstract: The milling characteristics experiments with typical micro three dimensional parts are done by the developed 3-axis micro-milling machine tool, and the micro burr formed in micro-milling process is observed and analyzed. Burr formation and its influence factors in micro-milling process are studied and general influencing rule of each factor to burr formation is summarized. Based on the results, the purpose to reduce the burr is achieved through choosing proper machining parameters and tool material.

Abstract: Abstract. A design method of ultrasonic vibration petrol atomizer vibrator was proposed based on one-dimensional elastic vibration theory. The model and harmonic analyses of the vibrator were performed by using the FEA software ANSYS. Experimental Study of the petrol atomizer was carried out and the atomization performance of the prototype was verified.

Abstract: This paper introduces an architecture of embedded precision internal grinding open CNC system based on decoupling design, described the decoupling design method and principle. In this design, ARM was the main hardware device for CNC system and the embedded operating system μc/os-ii was used as the software development platform. Decoupling design based CNC system can be good at dealing with multitask and ensure the real time of system control.

Abstract: According to the processing and control requirements of precision CNC internal grinder, a design of ARM-based embedded precision CNC internal grinder soft-PLC system was proposed. The design idea of open CNC system was introduced and the system hardware and software were packaged as the components to develop the PLC applications, achieved the logic control of the machine tool. This design meets the requirements of software design instead of hardware design and system integration development of embedded CNC system, achieved the real-time process control and improved the precision.

Abstract: According to the properties of the CNC precision internal grinding, the Human-machine interface system for the CNC based on industrial-grade touch device is proposed in this paper. Based on analyzing the human-machine interface system on the whole, each module is described in detail. The whole human-machine interface system is friendly, convenient and flexible, which meet the function requirements of embedded CNC precision internal grinder.

Abstract: A new ultrasonic elliptic vibrator design method was proposed, the ultrasonic elliptic vibration was achieved by the structural curve of the longitudinal and torsional vibrations. The model, harmonic and transient analyses of the new longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptical vibrator were performed by using the software ANSYS, the prototype of the new vibrator was tested by using impedance analyzer and PSV-400 laser Doppler vibrometer, the correctness of the finite element simulation results and the feasibility of the new longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic elliptical vibrator design methods were verified.
