According to the needs of customers, This paper arranges the physical and functional structure of the product, and sets up configuration model of the whole model. Through the analysis and configuration design, provides the final product to meet customer requirements. In this article, introduces the mix of configuration design knowledge representation methods, so as to adapt to the requirements of different types of product design.

Abstract: Intelligent bionic leg (IBL) is an advanced trans-femoral prosthesis. First, the conception and structure component of IBL are introduced. Then, working principle of six-axis force sensor is analyzed in detail. The type selection and design of filter are discussed. In the end, the data filtering of low pass filter based on hamming window function is established and simulation is done. The simulation indicates that force and torque signal has a significant improvement after filtering and the filter designed in the paper is reasonable.

Abstract: Biped robot with heterogeneous legs (BRHL) can simulate amputees dressed with intelligent above/knee (A/K) prosthesis and can be used to evaluate intelligent prosthesis (IP) performance. First the concept of virtual prototype technology and BRHL is introduced. Then virtual prototypes of BRHL mechanical system, ground environment, perception and control system are established. In the end, the continuously walking simulation of BRHL based on virtual prototype is done. The research indicates that virtual prototype modeling based on Pro/E, ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink is feasible.

Abstract: The analysis of spindle static stiffness is particularly important. The concept of spindle stiffness is introduced. Based on software ANSYS, the finite element analysis model of simplified spindle is established. Two equivalent forms of bearings are discussed and the analysis results are compared. The stress distribution nephogram of spindle is given. The research indicates that using spring-damper element instead of bearings is more suitable and the machining accuracy mainly depends on the stiffness rather than strength.

Abstract: According to the kinematics and dynamic theory, the regenerative cutting chatter is derived on the math and simplified within the probable range. The correlation is gained between the cutting depth limit and the spindle speed about the regenerative chatter. In Matlab, the mathematical modal is simulated based on the modal parameters, cutting parameters and cutting-force coefficients. The stability lobes are drawn in the diagram, the stability zone lies under the curve and avoid the occurrence of cutting chatter.

Abstract: The optimization of spindle has important significance. The optimization method based on ANSYS is introduced and spindle mathematical mode of HTC3250µn NC machine tool is given. By scanning of design variables, the main optimized design variables are determined. The single objective and multi-objective optimizations are done. In the end, the main size comparison of spindle before and after optimization is given.

Abstract: The above knee (A/K) intelligent prosthesis controlled by magneto-rheological (MR) damper can compensate the basic movement function of amputees. This paper analyzed the existing torque devices of knee joint and introduced the configuration of A/K intelligent prosthesis controlled by MR damper. Dynamics model was given and virtual prototype was established. The control method based on computed torque was discussed and combined control simulation was done. The result indicates that A/K intelligent prosthesis controlled by MR damper can track human normal gait well.

Abstract: Design resources reuse is very important to the rapid response design. In this paper, a design resources reusable model based on product family is established to meet the rapid response design. Firstly, parameters transmission structure of product family is constructed based on Generic Bill of Materials (GBOM) and product master model, and then the reused design resource library is established by the instantiation to master model. Finally product configuration management and variant design is realized on the basis of the reused design resource library. In the developing process of the rapid response design system of machine tool component, the Linear Motion (LM) rolling guide variant design subsystem is developed by the application of the above methods to realize the variant design and configuration management of LM rolling guide. The result shows that the method can provide a reliable guarantee for establishment and effective management of corporate design resource base.

Abstract: At present there are a lot of waste of energy in the mechanical processing, which causes increasingly serious pollution of environment. Resource conservation and environmental protection are achieved through the application of green manufacturing technology in mechanical processing. Remanufacturing project, which is a green project according with national sustainable development, is a method to resolve the waste of resources. Laser remanufacturing is a new concept of advanced repair technology that integrates advanced processing technology of laser cladding, laser cladding materials technology and many other technologies. Laser remanufacturing technology is based on laser cladding which is a new surface modification technology. This article describes the technical characteristics and principles of laser cladding. And this paper introduces laser remanufacturing technology by the examples of rotors, gears, shafts and other large wearing parts. the laser remanufacturing technology with the fast development, high efficiency and precision, will not only have a broad market demand, but also have significant economic and social benefits.

Abstract: Product information technology has been widely applied in manufacturing field, improved the rapid response ability of enterprises to the market demands, and to some extent enhanced the competitiveness of enterprise products. However, product data information generated by different information system has the characteristics of diversification and differentiation. The integration and management of these product heterogeneous data has become the bottleneck which restricts the development of enterprise information technology. Based on XML, this paper researches the integration and management of heterogeneous data, expounds integration structure of heterogeneous data, introduces integration process and schema mapping of heterogeneous data, and realizes schema translation of heterogeneous data. Finally, through the PLM XML schema which is provided by the product life-cycle management software, this paper verifies the integrated management of relational heterogeneous data on Teamcenter.
