Abstract: Normally, the workover rig platform is obtained only low order natural frequency by modal analysis. In order to understand the frequency response of structure dynamic load, we well carry out harmonic response analysis on the operation platform in this paper. On this basis, determine the modal frequency that is greatest effect on dynamic behaviour of the workover rig operation platform structural system. To extract the modal frequency as dynamic optimization goal or state variables.Finally, achieve forecast the possibility of dynamic interference between operation platform and other components.

Abstract: Nowadays the workover rig is more often used in outdoor work, and the field environment is complicated and changeable.Therefore, it becomes extremely important to conduct a detailed analysis of stress of the workover rig derrick translational system.This paper takes Liaohe Oilfield new vehicular pressure balance workover rig derrick translation system as an example, a finite element analysis model is established to analyze the stress conditions of the derrick truck system.The result completely conforms to the actual requirements, thus verifying the rationality of the design and providing the basis for the optimization design of the translation system.

Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis of the slip coat in the compulsory lifting system of hyper-thermal snubbing operation injected by steam, the static analysis with regard to the slip coat is undoubtedly employed taking advantage of the finite element software. And then, the failure forms are deduced and the maximum allowable stress is calculated by analyzing the stress distribution.

Abstract: In this article, using the method of the separation of cars and platform design to pressure balance work over rig, that is a large welded structure. Work platform components adopt link and structural member is h-section steel, in terms of stress at work is more complex. Through the 3D design software to model and to analyze the stress of the several typical working conditions, to verify the rationality of the design of the structure and put forward the improvement opinion. The analysis also can be widely applied in all kinds of integral welded structure.

Abstract: Considering the fact that the oil well conditions of LIAOHE oil field, the existing structure of the forced lifting and pushing system of work over rig is improved. Main drive gear pair of the forced lifting and pushing system improved is established to study the intensity of contact and modal in the operating process and the dynamic loads based on finite element method. Main failure forms in the condition of low speed and heavy duty is deduced from the distribution of the stress. Also, the maximum allowable stress and natural frequency is obtained. According to the simulation making use of ANSYS, a 3D contact stress analysis of several teeth and modal analysis in dynamic pre-stress of full teeth is illustrated with the rationality of the design.

Abstract: Based on the large general finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, a type of large electrostatic precipitator main bearing parts wide pillar and a wide column in the connection of the wall structure based on the finite element analysis, the research in various kinds of loads of joint action of wide pillar and a wide and wall body after connection of stress (strain), and displacement (distortion) situation results show that analysis and calculation has higher precision, model of mesh and their calculation method is very reasonable, can be used for dust removal machine steel body structure of further optimization analysis.

Abstract: The vector and coordinate transformation method are applied to establish the constrain equations of the key points. Based on the existing data of suspension, applying the software CATIA, 3-D suspension model was established. The kinematic performance simulation of double-wishbone suspension model was calculated by setting the rational wheel-hop range. Based on the software MATLAB, the kinematics performance variation curves of the wheel alignment parameters were obtained, the variation laws were analyzed and the reasonableness of data were valuated.
