Abstract: Significant changes have taken place in service pattern for equipment health management and health management plays an important role in the lifecycle management of complex equipment. To resolve the existing problems in health management of complex equipment, this paper proposes a lifecycle-oriented health management philosophy, summarizes the connotation and basic characteristics of the philosophy. A three-dimensional model consisting of lifecycle level, health management knowledge level and application model level is constructed to realize the philosophy, which elaborates the components, developments and applications of equipment lifecycle health management. On that basis, key technologies for philosophy implementation are analyzed, which lays the foundation of system construction for lifecycle-oriented health management.

Abstract: Aiming at manufacturing resources configuration in collaborative manufacturing environment, configuration flow with process tasks decomposition based on improved ant colony algorithm was proposed. Process tasks were decomposed based on summary process routes of parts and a multi-objective configuration model to collaborative manufacturing resources configuration was built. Basic ant colony algorithm was improved for solving this model by the combination of adaptive control and pheromone update mechanism. Pheromone is in the range of a max-min interval based on ant colony algorithm with the maximal-minimal pheromone limit. Compared to basic ant colony algorithm, superiority of improved ant colony algorithm was revealed by simulation example

Abstract: Based on the analysis of current state of aeroengine fault diagnosis, this paper proposes the design and implementation of a web-based fuzzy expert system called WFESAFD, which is focused on the monitoring and fuzzy fault diagnosis of aeroengine. The system architecture and its components, such as web interface layer, monitor, knowledge acquisition and management, integrated data base, reasoning mechanism and knowledge base are illustrated. The detail process of system implementation and practical applications of WFESAFD are presented to illustrate and prove the proposed system’s applicability. Running results show the feasibility and reliability of the framework, which will be helpful to integrate the aeroengine diagnosis knowledge, improve the diagnosis efficiency and decrease the aeroengine diagnosis cost remarkably.

Abstract: In this paper, grinding performance and Manufacturing process of vitrified CBN wheel were described for Quick-point grinding at 200m/s. In order to insure security rotation of wheel, wheel core was optimized at 200m/s based on ANSYS software. Four kinds of domestic abrasives were tested for their compressive strength, impact toughness, microcosmic crystal photographs, and oxidation temperature, high temperature performance baked at 870 °C, by right of advanced apparatus such as SEM etc. Simultaneity vitrified bonds, wheel segments and adhesive techniques were also discussed. At last, grinding performance of Quick-point Grinding wheel was tested.
