Abstract: Economic theories of managing resources, traditionally assume that individuals are perfectly rational and thus able to compute the optimal configuration strategy that maximizes their profits. The current paper presents an alternative approach based on bounded rationality and evolutionary mechanisms. It is assumed that network node users face a choice between two resource strategies in real networked manufacturing resources configuration problem (NMRCP). The evolution of the distribution of strategies in the population is modeled through a replicator dynamics equation. The latter captures the idea that strategies yielding above average profits are more demanded than strategies yielding below average profits, so that the first type ends up accounting for a larger part in the population. From a mathematical perspective, the combination of resource and evolutionary processes leads to complex dynamics. The paper presents the existence and stability conditions for each steady-state of the system. A main result of the paper is that under certain conditions both strategies can survive in the long-run.

Abstract: A simulation model of dynamic & flexible scheduling about the large-sized components producing workshop was built by using the cellular automata according to both sides’ characteristics. The scheduling system can be divided into 4 parts: work station, buffer, work piece, and scheduling rules. Work station and buffer were viewed as fixed grid nodes, work piece as moving particles, scheduling rules as the local self-evolution rules which include station choosing rule, work piece sequencing rule and task activating rule. Model simulate the job scheduling of a certain generator components producing factory workshop.

Abstract: To deal with problem of manufacturing system stability caused by uncertain factors in discrete production process, holon was introduced to manufacturing execution system (MES). A distributed manufacturing control architecture based on holon was established. This architecture using cooperation mechanism based stigmergy to realize agility, autonomy and intelligence of system control. Based on the architecture, holon driven agents to visit production elements, acquiring dynamic information of production process. Model design of production factors as order, resource, raw material, product and management factors as optimize, execution was described amply. Finally, workflow of this system was depicted with an example of uncertain order factor.

Abstract: The tool wear monitoring system based on the image processing and computer vision has better study value and foreground. During the cutting, the cutting tool is always at the movement state, thus, the real-time collected sequence images by CCD sensor are blurred with noise. As a result, we have to confront the problem how to get the high quality images, which is researched by this paper. The paper analyzes the reasons which causing the image blurred, brings forward a degradation function model and finds the degradation of tool wear images dues to the relative movement. According to this function model and combined with the application of fuzzy theory, the restoration algorithm is obtained. The membership function dealing with degraded images of cutting tools is put forward. It turns out that the images restored by this fuzzy restoration algorithm reach our aim.
