Abstract: Using CAD / CAE / CAM softwaresolidworks obtain material barrels three-dimensional model. The analysis date of dropping simulation, the material barrel filled with heavy objects, free-fall from the height of 1.2 meter on non-normal condition, is got by the function of dropping test and the method of equivalent load setting. The result of analysis is very close to the results of the theoretical calculations. It shows that the design to improve product quality and efficiency has a very important theoretical and practical value.

Abstract: This research focused on the synthesis and investigation of the thermal properties and microstructure of the Al2O3/SiO2 /ZrO2 system applied to dental field. The composite ceramic was studied by scanning electron microcopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Detailed investigations of the different proportions of materials on the preparation and microstructural phases of ternary eutectic were presented. Furthermore, the crystallization process was investigated by using DSC and XRD. The results indicate that sintering microstructure of the ternary eutectic composite is greatly influenced by the materials proportions. The synthetically thermal analysis shows that the eutectic temperature of ternary Al2O3/SiO2 /ZrO2 composite is 1040°C, is well matching the phase diagram of Al2O3/SiO2 /ZrO2.

Abstract: According to the kinematics and dynamic theory, the regenerative cutting chatter is derived on the math and simplified within the probable range. The correlation is gained between the cutting depth limit and the spindle speed about the regenerative chatter. In Matlab, the mathematical modal is simulated based on the modal parameters, cutting parameters and cutting-force coefficients. The stability lobes are drawn in the diagram, the stability zone lies under the curve and avoid the occurrence of cutting chatter.

Abstract: NC machine monitoring system is built based on the wireless data acquisition. All kinds of the complicated information can be collected, and the test server can process the information. Some important information can transmit by the network, and the client and web can browse them and feedback to the NC machine. The experiment was done on the system platforms, and basic functions were realized. It provides a new method that it can solve the key problem of the NC machine remote monitoring.

Abstract: Vibration acceleration and AE signal were analyzed in the time domain, and they sampled the mean value and mean value of energy. The two values were used as the basis of the state recognition and tool wear prediction. In Labview, the neural network model was established, and it had three-layer structure. the nonlinear mapping was realized between machining state and characteristic quantity. The outcome could show that the machining state was monitored by the neural network training.

According to the technique, it builds a platform to collect, process the machine working information and output control instruction. On the platform, some advanced algorithms are applied to analyze and finish the control task.

Abstract: The designed spindle of turning center is researched. There are two groups of the spring-damper elements to simulate the bearings. The spindle is modeled to be 3D FEM parametric model, and the static analysis, model analysis and harmonic analysis are finished in ANSYS. Static stiffness, natural frequency and dynamic stiffness are calculated, the danger points are checked according to the resonance modes, and the performance of the spindle is verified to be reliable.
