Abstract: This paper presents a multi-level energy consumption model including element model, device model, building model, organization model and region model, builds the visualized energy consumption monitoring platform, combines with WebGIS and Flash allowing a variety of user operations through map-display module, system-function module and database-support module. Corresponding present a multi-level energy consumption acquisition program based on the Mesh framework of ZigBee. Compared with the traditional energy consumption monitoring software, this system gives a better user interaction and friendliness.

Abstract: The status that domestic technology forming the high-pressure gas bottles surface leading to the poor marking quality is analyzed. The rapid image processing method based on Binarization is presented to identify the defects position and profile from the marking region quickly, and it is designed with four steps: CCD capture, pixel enhancement, edge identification and feature extractions. By the statistical analysis of the project practice, the defects is defined as four typical types in shape, and then through the BP neural network training to identify the defects type effectively and driving the machine pre-set coping strategies to make appropriate responses automatically without manual interaction. The final test shows that the automatic high-efficiency marking defects identification is achieved

Abstract: Models recommendation is always a key part in part-composition system based on sketch. In this paper, proper models are suggested via three steps. Firstly, the possible type of model parts is suggested according to the topological features. Then toy parts that have similar profile types with the inputted sketches are clustered and recommended by lineage clustering method. Finally, based on the promoted $1 recognizer, the suggested parts are sorted according to the shape similarity with the inputted sketch. Experimental results show that the models can be recommended quickly and properly via our method.

Abstract: The 40 inventive principles of TRIZ are useful methods for solving engineering design problem. 3D garment CAD is significant for improve the efficiency and level of fashion design. This article describes the application of these principles of TRIZ in three-dimensional garment CAD. Based on the characteristics and requirements of fashion design, the author analyze the basic meaning of these inventive principles, and use them in the research and application three-dimensional garment CAD, such as decomposition and combination of virtual apparel components, clothing structural design, setting of clothing color and pattern library, inter-conversion between three-dimensional mesh of clothing and two-dimensional pieces and so on. Some examples show that the application of these principles is feasible and effective.

Abstract: This paper takes the 2D image of toys and cartoons as reference to assist the amateurs to design 3D models fast and conveniently. A contour deep tracing algorithm is proposed for acquiring the whole contour, and Ferguson interpolation curve is introduced to fit the contours. Taking the control points of Ferguson curves as reference, amateurs can easily sketch curves that fit to the image contours. Decomposing the extracted contours into several feature regions, the users can draw some enclosed component contour curves of the target toys or cartoons, and then adopt proper methods to generate the 3D mesh of components. Three modeling methods, namely local deformation, symmetric deformation, and 2D FFD deformation, are introduced for modeling the 3D surface fast. Ferguson curves are also used in 3D painting on triangular surface, and large regions enclosed by the painted colors can quickly be filled with a target color. The users select a region of the image and drag them onto 3D models, and then the details, such as eyes, nose, and artistic patterns can be easily painted.

Abstract: Collaborative filtering (CF) technique is the most successful method for recommendation system. In this article, we developed a fashion recommendation system by using CF technique. In order to improve on data sparseness problems in CF technique, firstly we built users’ similarities based on users’ background information which is related with fashion, then the neighbors’ predicting ratings were filled into the U-I rating matrix in advance before the traditional collaborative filtering. While computing the background information similarities, we develop a hybrid similarity model which can deal with different types of properties. The method can solve the data sparseness of U-I rating matrix effectively.

Abstract: Mold platens play an important role in the injection process of injection molding machines. In this paper, a method of integrating NCGA with FEA is proposed to solve MOP of mold platens on large precision injection molding machines. A Pareto optimum is obtained as the result of the MOP analysis, from which proper solutions can be selected according to diverse design needs. Analytical results indicate NCGA is effective in solving MOP of mold platens.

Abstract: High- precision and large scale are the developing trend for injection molding machine clamping system .This paper compared the characteristics of three-platen toggle and dual-platen hydraulic clamping system. The key impact factors that effecting plastic parts` precision from clamping system were discussed systematically first time. Based on these analyses, a new clamping system has been proposed and manufactured to improve the plastics parts` precision, including three new technologies: new type dual-platen structure, parallelism adaptive correction technology and numerical controlled hydraulic servo system technology. It has been applied in practical machine successfully, and experiment result proves that it is effective enough to satisfying the high-precision molding of large plastics parts.
