Abstract: Nowadays, polyether silicone oil is widely used in many aspects of chemical industry. In this paper, the synthesis of polyether modified polysiloxane was studied and its technology was the best choice. This paper discussed the synthesis of polyether modified polysiloxane materials during the synthesis ratio, catalyst amount, reaction time and temperature on the synthesis of polyether polysiloxane low conversion rate of hydrogen silicone oil. The results showed that synthesis of polyether modified polysiloxane of the best technology: the C=C of allyl alcohol and the Si-H in low-hydrogen silicone polyether feed ratio was 1:1.2, the catalyst material is 33 μg / g, the reaction temperature is 110 °C, reaction time to 8 h.

Abstract: Nowadays, the stability of the mixed solution usually is improved by adding appropriate amount of emulsifier needed in many oil products, in order to reach the better effect of solution mulsification. In this paper, using silica gel column seperation to isolate pure ingredient of the emulsifier component, and all molecular structures prepared on silica gel were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectum and silid-state 1H NMR experimental observations.

Abstract: This study investigated the structures and properties of cationic dyeable poly(ethylene terephthalate) (CDP) and easy cationic dyeable poly(ethylene terephthalate) (ECDP) by FTIR, X-ray diffraction, mechanical test, and DSC. The results showed that the FTIR spectrums of CDP and ester-type ECDP fibers were similar to the that of PET. It suggested that the adding of the third monomer and the fourth monomer had good compatible with the original structure unit of PET. the position of X-ray diffraction peak of CDP and ester-type ECDP were the same as which of PET, the third monomer and the fourth monomer did not pack into the original polyester unit cell but concentrated at the polyester crystalline surface and the amorphous regions.With adding the third monmome and the fourth monmomer, the initial modulus of the CDP and ester-type ECDP fibers became inferior. But the breaking elongation of them increased. The DSC suggested that The melting range of CDP and ECDP finished fiber were wider than that of PET fiber, but the melting point and crystallinity were less than them of PET fiber.

Abstract: This first part of this paper will introduce the mechanical-dynamical properties of polysiloxane defoamer thoroughly. Defoamers or foam breakers are added to eliminate the existing foam and usually act on the outer surface of the foam because a bubble is a closed system and the defoamer can only reach the outer surfaces. Then, some of synthesis methods and compounds under real application conditions are given, such as synthesis of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, synthesis methods of polyether and compounds of polyether modified polysiloxane defoamer.
