Abstract: With the development of MEMS technology and its increasing applications in many engineering fields, the experimental research on micro-scale fluidic theory has become a spotlight topic in the past decade. In this paper, numerical and experimental investigations on the effects of roughness, compressibility and gas rarefaction on the nitrogen flow in rough microchannels had been investigated. Microchannels based on silicon substrates were fabricated by the MEMS process. Roughness surfaces of the microchannels had been obtained by KOH and TMAH solutions with different solubility etching on (100) silicon wafer. The quality of the microchannels was performed with a SEM and the measurements and the overall size of the microchannels were carried out with a step profiler. The Pyrex® 7740 and silicon wafers were packaged using the anodic bonding method. The testing platform was designed and fabricated, and checked for the gas sealing. Finally, the experimental device was constructed, and the results of gas flow in rough microchannels were measured.

Abstract: The inverted umbrella aerator is the key equipment of biological wastewater treatment technology, which have the effects of oxygenation, mixing and plug-flow. the design and optimization of the mixing impeller is most important to the efficiency of oxygenation.In this paper, the solid modeling and finite element analysis and optimal design of aerator blades was made based on the study of the oxygenation mechanism.Firstly, the working process of the blades have been studied through solid modeling, mesh generation and finite element analysis process, and the stress-strain finite element analysis was offered based on Nastran, which identified the weak links in the leaves. And more, the optimize and improve designs for the production was made,which set the foundation for the manufacture of the blades.

Abstract: In this paper, the pressure of s195 diesel engine was forecast and analyzedthrough the equation of combustion established accordingly. And the result was evaluated by the test, which based on the different proportions of the diesel and bio-diesel fuel, then, the very inosculated result was received at last. And more, by measuring the content of soot and NOX, it was found that the waste let became better along with the increase of biodiesel, but was lower in dynamical nature. Through the synthesis value the content of biodiesel about 10% was the best.

Abstract: The mixing blades of concrete mixer, is a relatively complex spatial surface, which is difficult to manufacture. The high cost of traditional mold making does not apply to new product development and experimental studies. So, this paper presents a rapid manufacture method of balde mold, which using the UG software for blade parametric design, and then sub-cutting it to calculate the section coordinates. According to the coordinates, the steel plate had been cut and welded into a mold, through which, the blades can be pressed. Because of its convenient and low-cost, the method is particularly applicable to the occasions of experimental research.
