Abstract: As an organizational way, virtual enterprise had been the development tendency of contemporary enterprise operation. For complex market opportunities, the uncertainty of supply chain in virtual enterprises was the key of enterprise operation. This paper studied the production and order strategy for virtual enterprise members from single-stage supply chain, and then provided reference for subsequent multi-stage supply chain. This paper introduced expected loss, which was the base of making decisions for the enterprise. Through building the mathematical based on the strict mathematical derivation, the quantitative relation between the order quantity of core enterprises and production capacity of partners, and then the mathematical model was verified in the last.

Abstract: According to the practical requirements of collaboration and document management in enterprises, the paper presents the methods of products of electronic document management, automation and networking to ensure product data integrity, unity, sharing and security, and does the research on key points of architecture, version management and electronic countersignature of collaborative design oriented document management. Besides, based on the theoretical study, a prototype system of collaborative design oriented electronic document management is developed. The operated results of the system verify the correctness of theoretical research and technical feasibility.

Abstract: The concept and content of project management in the networked collaborative design system is presented according to the mechanical product design typical process and its state-of-the-art requirement. The key technologies of the collaborative project management are studied mainly, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) algorithm is employed to select collaborative partners, the method of Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is put forward in process of decomposing and assigning design tasks, and the weight-coefficient recursively statistic algorithm is used in controlling task schedule. The implementing technologies of the 3D networked collaborative design system oriented project management are researched simultaneously, such as collaborative data communication, conversation tool and design tool. The archetypal system platform was developed, it's proved that the 3D collaborative design system is qualified for complex mechanical product collaborative design by synergic team.

Abstract: In order to improve quality and efficiency of technical service, a new mode of technical service is presented, which is networked technical services oriented product lifecycle. Definition of the networked technical services is put forward, feature of the networked technical services is analyzed and function of the networked technical services system is introduced. Base on these works a prototype system of the networked technical service is developed. Results of the system running prove correctness of theory and feasibility of technology.
