Abstract: According to the multi-objective features and the importance of scientific decision-making in the scheme selection of rail transit network planning, this paper constructed an evaluation index system of rail transit network from the aspects of network function, traffic function and economic evaluation. After considering the experts knowledge and experience, decision-makers intention and the information contained in the data, the comprehensive evaluation index weight was determined by using AHP and entropy weight method. And also, this paper combined with standardized decision matrix and selected index weight to construct weighted decision matrix and the positive and negative ideal project plan of weighted standardization decision matrix was determined based on TOPSIS. The superiority of urban rail transit network was evaluated through calculating the similarity between scheme index matrix and ideal scheme. Finally, an example was given to prove the model was scientific and effective.

Abstract: The development of rail transit made travel convenient for urban residents, alleviated traffic pressure, but the long travel distance of the site and the surrounding areas affecting rail transit service level. In order to full play the rail transit large capacity, improve the appeal of the public transit, solve the problem of "last one kilometer", This paper summarized the importance of connection of rail transit and bicycle traffic with a case of xi 'an metro line 2, discussed the forecasting methods of rail transit and bicycle traffic transfer demand, then used vertical and horizontal analogy prediction method to predict the transfer demand at the Zhonglou station and Xiaozhai station in Xian metro, finally the transfer mode of rail transit and bicycle traffic transfer are proposed. This paper has certain reference value for study of rail transit and bicycle traffic.

Abstract: In order to interact and share the information of public transports, shorten the transfer time, especially for metro and bus. Based on the view of the passengers, this paper made a survey of information demands of passengers at Xiaozhai station of line 2 in Xian metro. According to the analysis of the survey obtained the most important transfer information of metro and bus. Finally, the content and method of information release be sorted out. This paper aimed at provide theoretical basis for the further research of mutual transfer of public transportation.

Abstract: The primary purpose of this paper is to introduce the performance approach to assess the adaptability level of transportation system to urban development requirement. Thirty six single measures belonging to ten fields are selected to construct the evaluation index through weighted linear integrated processing, and then weight of expert matrix is estimated by a SVD based AHP method to improve the required precision of matrix with acceptable consistency and amend the significant elements via distance and proximity so as to improve the whole consistency. Taking Xi’an city for the case study, analysis results indicate that the adaptability performance of transportation system to urban development requirement is in a decreasing state, which provides robust and deep insight for decision-makers working on a range of problems and in various circumstances.

Abstract: Considering the grey feature of traffic accident occurrence, grey model optimized by least-square theory is introduced to prejudge the future trend of traffic accident. To improve the prediction precision of this model, an amendment factor of boundary value and Markov chain are proposed and the numerical application proves the effectiveness of this Grey –Markov predict model.

Abstract: Due to the rapid development of economics and society, China has witnessed increasing highway accidents, especially rear end collisions that mainly caused by over-speeding or too close following distance. Based on the vehicle dynamic analysis, therefore, a 3 step-based safety following space identification model according to Mazda vehicle is proposed to describe the brake performance and three driving states are taken into considering, including total following state, part following state, and three-kind extreme states. Then, a self-adaptive fuzzy reasoning model is used to control the traveling speed so as to adjust the traffic flow as smoothly as possible. The Matlab simulation results shows this proposed fuzzy control model helps minimize the occurrence probability of rear-end collision on highway and improve the overall traffic safety performance and management level.
