Abstract: It is important to estimate a magnetic field’ intensity distribution for the application of to industrial nondestructive evaluations. A magnetic camera provides the same spatial resolution and a distribution of a quantitative magnetic field with homogeneous lift-off. The method for arraying sensors is important on the magnetic camera because it must obtain a high spatial resolution. This work proposes an equation to evaluate the limitation of spatial resolution on the condition of the decided size of a magnetic sensor package. The possibility of obtaining the high spatial resolution in spite of the above-mentioned limitation would also be verified.

Abstract: We have investigated the effect of annealing temperature on the structural property of Au thin films deposited on Si(100) substrate using the radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering technique. X-ray diffraction revealed that the relative intensities and FWHM of (111), (200), and (311) peaks increased and decreased, respectively, after thermal annealing at 600°C. Scanning electron microscopy indicated that after annealing at 600-700°C, Au structures agglomerated on Si(100) surfaces. Energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry (EDX) revealed that the agglomerated structure was composed of pure Au.

Abstract: Adsorbing and salvaging extremely small quantities of lithium ion, high-performance ion-exchange type lithium ion adsorbent was prepared through the ion-sieve formation method. The method uses acid treatment after the synthesis of spinel-structured nano-Li1.33Mn1.67O4 precursor through the tartaric acid gel process. It has good selectivity and high efficiency in adsorbing lithium ion in seawater. The generated adsorbent showed a 28.2 mg/g lithium uptake from artificial seawater. This adsorbent further showed a difference reproducibility that was lower than 10% when subjected to five cycles of adsorption and desorption experiments.
