Abstract: This paper uses a new twin-screw extruder for regeneration of waste tire crumb rubber, discusses the influence of screw speed and reaction temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. Experimental results show that different screw speed and reaction temperature has a great impact on the physical and mechanical properties of the reclaimed rubber. When controls screw speed in the 60 ~ 90 r / min, reaction temperature at 170 to 210°C,the regeneration effect is the best. At this time, the physical and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber, such as tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break rate, is the best.

Abstract: The regeneration technology of scrap rubber has been studied for many years, and now it is widely used. But the regeneration mechanism is still not being reached. So far, there is no theory for regeneration mechanism of scrap rubber. Under this circumstance, this paper presents a deeply reached study around this issue.

Abstract: Vulcanization process is the last step of manufacturing rubber products. For tire tread which is made of short fiber rubber composite material, vulcanization is complex due to during vulcanization process the flow of mixed rubber maybe change short fibers orientation. As a result, during vulcanization process, several pieces of iron wire have been put in the mold to play the role of tire patterns for the first step research. The experimental results indicate that the flow of mixed rubber would not change short fibers orientation greatly, and physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material keep as good as that vulcanized without iron wire.

Abstract: In this paper, the flow field of mixer rotors of the wasted rubber reclaimed is firstly used with FEM software-ADINA. The field includes the pressure and velocity field, the shear velocity vetor and viscosity field. According to the results of the analysis, it discusses the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the mechanical cross-linking solution of the waste rubber. And it shows the shearing tear ability of new 4-wing synchronous rotor is far more than it of ordinary 4-wing synchronous rotor. So the good flow scattered performance is.

Abstract: During the extruding process of short fiber-rubber composite material, screw speed is an important factor which influences the orientation of short fibers, as well as the physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material. The effects of different screw speeds on physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material have been studied by experimental study. In the experiments, the screw speeds were 10rpm, 15rpm, 20rpm, 25rpm and 30rpm respectively. The experimental results indicated that when the screw speed was 15rpm, the physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material are better.

Abstract: Application of SMR / SBR inner tube with the IIR reclaimed rubber were investigated in the paper. The mechanical properties such as strength, hardness and Mooney viscosity of the materials were measured. The results showed that Elongation at break and tear strength decreased a little, while tensile strength,Viscosity, the air tightness and hardness are improved by adding RIIR in SMR/SBR ,which can accelerate the curing speed of the materials under room temperature. The results indicated that RIIR in SMR/SBR formula can meet the requirement of the processing technology of tube compound.
