Abstract: Aimed at the characteristic that highcontent of hematite of valuable minerals in overflow of concentrate Before the strong magnetism from Sijiaying Concentrator, by that flocculation test of pure minerals of hematite, quartz, chlorite and investigate that flocculation effect of lime, PAC, PAFC of inorganic flocculants and PAM of organic flocculants to three kinds of pure minerals in this article. The test results show that the bigger sedimentation velocity difference hematite between quartz, chlorite when do not add any flocculants. When adding inorganic flocculants include lime, PAC, PAFC, flocculation effect is better to hematite and quartz, but flocculation effect is bad chlorite; Flocculation effect is better to three pure minerals when adding PAM of organic flocculants.

Abstract: With the increasing amount of tailings, it has brought many serious problems like take up a lot of land, construction and maintenance tailings reservoirs must be consume a large amount of money. The stockpiled tailings is not only bring drawbacks, but also bring huge economic benefits for us. For example, recycling of useful components contained in the tailings, or use the tailings as a whole. This article introduction the tailings status, utilization and point out direction of future development of tailings utilization.

Abstract: It is known that serpentine slimes coating on the sulphide surfaces are responsible for the poor metallurgy. Antigorite, lizardite and chrysotile are three kind of important polymorph of serpentine minerals. The three serpentine minerals usually accompany with Sulfide minerals, having ions with equal activities or similar properties on the surface, which makes the flotation separation difficult. This paper was to identify the effect of ethyl xanthate interactions on the flotation of three kind of polymorph of serpentine minerals.

Abstract: Mineralogy research of the copper and nickel ore from Jinchuan is completed in detail that shows the mineral compositions and their percentage and particle size distributions of the valuable minerals. The main valuable minerals are pyrite, violarite, chalcopyrite which are closely associated with other sulphide minerals. These results provide an important basis for the beneficiation tests.

Abstract: the processing of oolitic hematite is considered to be one of difficult problems in mineral processing due to finely disseminated and complex structure of ore. The ore property, size distribution, mineralogy and mineral processing technology of refractory oolitic hematite in Longyan Iron Mine of Xuan Steel in Hebei, China is studied in the paper.. The result shows that grade of iron concentrates of 61.34 % and the recovery of 53.07 % are obtained by four stages of grinding, four times of gravity, tertiary HMS and single stages of rougher and scavenger reverse flotation in sequence.
