Abstract: A kind of multifunctional environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor (DHS) was prepared in order to protect many kinds materials from corrosion in iron and steel enterprise. The corrosion inhibition performance was studied by rotary hanging-piece corrosion tests . And biodegradability was investigated by biodegradation experiments . The experimental results showed that DHS has good performance both on corrosion inhibition and biologic degradable. It was suitable for the serious of materials and presense in iron and steel enterprise when the concentration of DHS was 0.4%. And the efficiency of biodegradability was 52.45% in 28d .

Abstract: Ti dopping Li1.02(Fe0.8Mn0.2)PO4/C (Ti=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07) was prepared by high temperature solid-state method ,with LiH2PO4, LiCO3, FeC2O4.2H2O , Mn (CH3COOH)2.4H2O TiO2 as raw materails. Glucose (C6H12O6) as carbon soures join in the mixture when ball milling. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). CHI660B electrochemical workstation was used to study the electrochemical performance of cathode material. The well-crystallized LiFePO4/C composite with homogeneous small particles was obtained after reacting at 700°C for 10h.

Abstract: In this research the fabrication of carbon aerogel is reported. nanopore carbon aerogels were prepared via a sol-gel process with resorcinol and formaldehyde (RF) aerogels,which were cost-effectively manufacture form Rf wet gels by an ambient drying technique instead of conventional supercritical drying. The key of the work is to fabricate carbon aerogels with controllable nanopore structure, which means sharp pore size distribution and extremely high surface area.The influence of preparation condition of carbon aerogels was studied by scanning electron microscope and Micropore Physisorption Analyzer. The BET surface of the carbon aerogels are from 749m2/g to 1156m2/g .The size of the carbon nanoparticles are in the range of 20nm~40nm. The micro-pore volume and bore diameter can be controlled by gelation conditions such as RF mass fraction.

Abstract: A enviromentally friendly solid chemical cleaner is made from citric acid,sulfamic acid,polyasparticacid,sulfourea and accessory ingredient.The performances of corrosion inhibition and biodegradability of cleaner are studied by the static hanging piece and shaking-bottle incubating test.The corrosion inhibition mechanism of cleaner is studied by potent iodynamic polarization and the corrosion testing piece is observed by means of SEM.The results show that the cleaner has good corrosion inhibition performance on carbon steel,stainless steel,copper and aluminum.The biodegradation rate is above 94% after 28 days.

Abstract: Morphology and crystal phase of calcium carbonate, which formed with the presence of Mg2+, were characterized by SEM and XRD. The effect of Mg2+ on crystallization and crystal phase of calcium carbonate was studied. The results showed that the crystal phase of calcium carbonate were mainly calcite and aragonite and the content of aragonite was higher after adding Mg2+ to the blank solution. With the increase of Mg2+ concentration, the content of aragonite increased. The calcium carbonate crystals grain became more fine and the content of aragonite was higher by synergistic treatment between Mg2+ and magnetic field. There was a strong inhibitory effect on calcite when the concentration of Mg2+ was more than 0.50mmol.L-1. The calcite could be transformed into aragonite in the presence of Mg2+ in solution.

Abstract: Static and dynamic experiments were used to evaluate scale inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid derivative (PASP-SEA-ASP). The static experiments showed that the PASP-SEA-ASP had good scale inhibition performance and the scale inhibition rate exceeded 80% when the PASP-SEA-ASP was 2 mg•L-1 and the solution temperature was 40 OC. In the dynamic experiments, almost no scale formed on the heat transfer surface and the fouling thermal resistance decreases extraordinarily with PASP-SEA-ASP treatment experiment compared with the experiment without treatment. The PASP-SEA-ASP could be used in industrial cooling water systems.

Abstract: A multiple non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor was prepared by mixing polyaspartic acid with itaconic acid homopolymer, sodium gluconate and surfactant alkylolamide in a certain proportion. The corrosion inhibition performance was tested and the mechanism was studied by electrochemical process. The results showed that synergies among components of the agent made the corrosion inhibition rate on carbon steel reach up to 96.96%. This mainly because that a dense adsorbed film formed on the surface of the carben steeel.

Abstract: The synergistic scale inhibition effect of rare-earth permanent magnetic material and polyaspartic acid is studied. The performance of synergistic scale inhibition is studied in different magnetic field intensity, water hardness and rate of concentration. Static and dynamic scale inhibition tests show that the two water treatment ways have good synergistic scale inhibition effect. The scale inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid can be increased greatly by the magnetization of water.

Abstract: Polyaspartic acid (PASP) composite material, a scale and corrosion inhibitor, is prepared from PASP, acrylic acid-acrylic ester- itaconic acid tripolymer (IA-AA-AE) and 2-phosphonobutane- 1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA). The scale inhibition effects of PASP and PASP composite are investigated. Calcium carbonate crystals in scale samples are characterized by means of SEM. Experimental results show that the scale inhibition rate can reach 98.7 % and corrosion inhibition rate 96.5 % under the conditions of Ca2+ 639 mg.L-1 and PASP composite material 40 mg.L-1. SEM results show that calcite and aragonite can be transformed into vaterite completely by using PASP composite material.
