Abstract: Based on Weibull distribution, the function of coldrecycled base material fatigue life reliability is deduced. The basic parameter of reliability function is determined according to colrecycled material fatigue test results. The coldrecycled base material fatigue life reliability under the function of standard axial load is acquired with relevant calculation formula of asphalt pavement design specifications, and the fatigue life reliability of test road is estimated. The results show that the pure coldrecycled material is suitable for pavement structure of light traffic only, and the equation of fatigue life reliability is applicable and feasible.

Abstract: The purpose of data fusion is to combine and process the data of multi-sensors, thus to obtain much more exact and reliable results than that of the single sensor. An improved data fusion method for commensurate sensors is presented in this paper. It overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional consensus algorithm with two sensors, which has different confidence distance while measuring in different precision. The relation matrix is fuzzified to avoid the subjective error in determining the threshold value. The results of numerical simulation shows that the improved method can make full use of the effective information from the sensors and it can help to improve the accuracy of measurement. Even when parts of sensors are affected or fully disabled, it still can get correct diagnosing results in damage identification.

Abstract: In order to study the changing law of the cold-recycled material between allowable tensile stress and loading number, the relationship between them has been established based on the fatigue equation obtained by fatigue test. The studies indicate that the allowable tensile stress of cold-recycled materials usually decline with the loading number. As for pure cold-recycled material, the decrease of allowable tensile stress is greater than that of added gravel; the cold-recycled material with more gravel content, the decrease of allowable tensile stress is lower than that with less gravel content; the difference of initial allowable tensile stress and initial damage of the material are the main reason for the difference of the change law.
