The torque limiter got by calculating crane lifting weight and to realize the crane safety protection and control. The design of torque limiter should take into account the crane working condition, operation requirements, technical indicators.

Abstract: The powder particles were used for different occasions. The steel wire in tire belt layer was to wear the tools in grinding process. Another point was the wire in crushing to go through the magnetic separation. The wire in rubber powder was mixed with the powder in the process of crushing.It increased the mechanical maintenance frequency and the tool used cost. The solution to this problem was tire reasonable decomposition.

Abstract: Concidering the inadequate of the turbosupercharger, a novel reconstruction method is proposed, and the layout of the turbocharger is developed, considering the connection of the turbocharger and technics, the design scheme for the turbocharger is presented by using the reconstruction method, the present analysis provide the thoery base for the applications of the turbocharger.
