Abstract: The existing Compensation mechanism is the single subject government compensation mechanism that has many problems such as single compensation means, lack of stability, low compensation standards and so on, which fails to provide effective incentive for promoting sustainable development. Building the Government-led pluralized subject, diversification of compensation for the entire industrial chain, compensation mechanisms which covers existing housing, and many realization forms of compensation mechanism that includes Government-led mechanism, market regulation mechanisms, legal constraints mechanism, public participation mechanism, are perfection and improvement to single body Government compensation mechanism.

Abstract: Green building is the only way to change the development mode of China's building materials industry from extensive to the efficient type and it is a necessary requirement to achieve sustainable economic development. This paper points out the direction for development of green building materials by the characteristics and the significance of the green building materials development is explained. The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the approach to develop green building materials from the design, production, usage, standards, evaluation and many areas in which the development of green building materials is involved.

Abstract: HSE is a system management methodology of reducing and eliminating the possible risks of health, safety and environment in the process of production. This paper analyzed the feature of HSE management system, and discussed on the feasibility and the role of HSE management system applied to construction projects for construction enterprise. Then China’s enterprise status of HSE management was analyzed, the problem for China’s enterprise to implement HSE management system was described, and the development direction for China’s construction enterprise to implement HSE management system was put forward at last.

Abstract: Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is an international cooperation mechanisms based on the "Kyoto Protocol". Through CDM, developed and developing countries can reach a win-win in achieving sustainable development and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. There is no doubt low-carbon economy has brought new opportunities for CDM projects. Through CDM theory, this paper studied on the feasibility of small hydropower CDM projects, the benefits of small hydropower CDM projects, as well as development procedures of small hydropower CDM project.
