Abstract: The development, promotion and application of three-dimensional anthropometric measurement technology result in the rapid development of applied research on digitized clothes technology that is based on the technology. The paper generally analyzes the status quo and development of research on digitized clothes related applied technologies, including establishment of three-dimensional anthropometric measurement based anthropometric database, analysis and identification of body type for clothes, three-dimensional human modeling, three-dimensional clothes CAD, and mass customization of clothes.

Abstract: The system structure of apparel industry chain collaborative work platform demands dynamic and expansibility. Study is made on component management technology, and the correlation model of platform component is established through introduction of relying-on information and information being relied on, so that relevant components can be collaboratively aware of the changes happening on a certain component; component classification and component library management system based on XML are also established. Study on integrated development technology of business components under the platform integration framework is made on this basis, integrated development environment for business components is established, and the above achievements are applied and verified in development of apparel industry chain collaborative work platform.

Abstract: The modeling method of 3-dimensional garment model form is the key for the 3-dimensional garment design system. The modeling method of model form will directly have effects on the complexity and presentation effects of the latter design of garment styles. It is also closely related to the garment 3-dimensional al imitation and simulation as well as the transformation relation between 3-dimension and 2-dimension. Therefore, the modeling method of 3-dimensional garment model form is much worthy to study and has a good application prospect.

Abstract: Modern clothing products have diverse styles changing rapidly and complex processing techniques. They are greatly affected by artificial factor and the equipment conditions are differential. In consideration of these characteristics of the products,Based on the design of the clothing manufacturing craft, this thesis develops a generation method of clothing manufacturing process diagram based on interaction to search for the technical method of accelerating the automatic integrated system progress of the clothing manufacturing craft. Since clothing manufacturing process diagram is an important element of clothing process planning, the generation of process diagram is indispensable in the craft design software. CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) refers to the decision of the industrial clothing processing craft by clothing parts making use of the functions of numerical calculation, logic and reasoning and etc. of the computer and with the aid of computer hardware and software technology and support environment [1].

Abstract: Traditional evaluation methods of industrial design are more qualitative and hard to be applied to product development. Quantitative methods centralize the fuzzy evaluation. In this paper, an improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) is applied to evaluate industrial design, whose mathematical model and steps are described detailed. At last, an intelligent home service is used in a case of industrial design evaluation to explain the IAHP. This method can be improved to guarantee the accuracy of the evaluation results, but also be benefit for the implementation and outspread of product design.

Abstract: The development and research of three-dimensional (3D) simulation system of the garments CAD (Computer Aided Design) will change the traditional graphic design concepts and design methods, which will develop from two-dimensional (2D) to 3D. It means to build a comprehensive calculating methodology for forming real garments simulation system on the computer. Combining with the advanced CAD technology and technical works of Chinese garments industry will greatly improve the level of the sustainable development and intelligentialization of the software, and will accelerate the technical upgrade of modern garments industry and push the rapid development of national economy.

Abstract: The development and research of the automatic generation of expert system of Garment Cad Pattern will change the traditional garment pattern design concept and design tools to enable advanced CAD technology and expertise in China's garment industry work together, which will greatly improve the level of the software sustainable development and intellectualization. It will be proved through constant practice to help improve the professional level of the garment pattern CAD software, create new ways of professional popularization and application which are suitable for China's national conditions.
