Abstract: With the economic development and urbanization, the number of motor vehicles increased rapidly, because the contradictions between urban traffic supply and demand imbalances are becoming increasingly acute. We used the cell transmission model (CTM) to optimize on the basis of a single intersection by observing the delay time and the traffic capacity, research into the intelligent urban traffic signal control system, improve the operating efficiency of the existing transportation system. To a certain extent, it addresses the issue of urban traffic congestion.

Abstract: Option is the typical representative of financial derivatives, and this paper is focused on the valuation problem of Option. Based on the Black-Scholes Pricing model which had far-reaching influence on the pricing of financial derivatives, researched its theoretical basis and derivation process, and then get the numerical solution via finite difference method and image simulation. And it also includes the part of empirical studies. In research, ZTR and HQ is chosen and analyzed, in order to get the pricing of European put option.

Abstract: Signalized intersection delay is an important evaluation index of the signalized intersection capacity and level of service. This paper presents a signalized intersection delay model for signalized intersection. The model uses time series and queuing theory. It discusses the operation characteristics of the process of arrival and leaving and optimizes the intersection signal timing and gets the best signal cycle time. A scientific model and a more complete analysis are founded in the paper. These methods have a good reference value to the relevant departments.

Abstract: In this article, the grey correlation is regarded as the decision index of Multiple Quality Characteristics of the Robust designed by the grey system theory. Then using the Analysis of variance to get the factors of Significantly affecting the stability and the best parameter. At last advantage of the method is proved by examples. It proves that grey system theory in robust design is practical greatly.

Abstract: The development of the city's public transport system has an indispensable role to alleviate the pressure of urban roads. Bus travel time reliability is an important evaluation index of the bus operation service level. The simulation of bus travel time helps us understand the reliability of bus running time. In this paper, we use Monte Carlo stochastic simulation method to calculate the reliability of bus travel time. On this basis, we establish a model of the reliability of public transportation systems to research the reliability of bus travel time.

Abstract: In this paper, the vehicle routing problem with fuzzy demands is considered, and a fuzzy chance constrained programming mathematical model is established based on fuzzy possibility theory. Then fuzzy simulation and differential evolution algorithm are integrated to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the fuzzy vehicle routing model. Moreover, under the target that the total driving distance of vehicles is the shortest, the influence of the decision-maker’s preference on the final objective of the problem is discussed using the method of stochastic simulation, and the rational range of the preference number is obtained.
