Abstract: To study the fatigue damage of a cutter used for cutting cashew nut, the integrated
simulation platform is established with Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, LS-PrePost, and nCode GlyphWorks.
The simulation model is established by Hypermesh. LS-Dyna is used to calculate the k file.
LS-PrePost is used as the post-processing software. The rain-flow counting, load superposition and
extrapolation are executed using Rainflow module in nCode GlyphWorks. The analysis of the
fatigue damage of the cutter is executed using Stress Life module in nCode GlyphWorks. The
equivalent stress time history of different elements in the upper and lower cutters, rain-flow
counting histogram after load spectrum superposition, rain-flow counting histograms after load
spectrum extrapolation, and damage histogram of the cutter are obtained. The results show that the
cutter has excellent mechanical properties, and the minimum fatigue life of the cutter is about 495
days, which is a conservative solution.

Abstract: The effect of constant viscosity natural rubber (CVNR) prepared with hydrazine dihydrochloride was studied, The results showed that the relation of dependence of tC10 and tC90 on temperature followed the rule below: CVNR > NR a;the sensitivity of tC10 increment to tC90 increment due to increasing of cure temperature followed the rule below: NR>CVNR; The relation of MH0 were as follows: NR>CVNR.

Abstract: Core-Shell structure Poly(vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate) emulsion is prepared by the semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. And the emulsion particles are modified by ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate crosslinker (EGDMA) to improve the properties of films in the different reaction stages. Then the emulsion particles structure is characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The particle size and distribution are characterized by Zata Potential- Particle analyzer, as well as analysis of the film mechanical properties and thermal performance. The results show that the emulsion particles possess a clear core-shell structure. The performance of the emulsion film show better when 1% and 0.5% EGDMA are added in the second reaction and the third reaction stage respectively under the emulsion preparation process.

Abstract: In this work, the rheological behavior of uncured natural rubber with different initial moisture contents dried by microwave was studied using RPA under frequency sweep and strain sweep modes. It can be seen from the results that the variation trend of viscous torque S`` versus sweep frequency kept with the trend of elastic torque S` versus sweep frequency. Moreover, the viscous torque S`` values were lower than those for elastic torque S`, a good linear relation curve was obtained by plotting elastic torque S` versus sweep frequency. The curve of storage shear modulus G` versus sweep strain presented a linear relationship, showed a linear viscoelastic behavior of uncured natural rubber with different initial moisture contents. This may be explained by the degradation of molecular chains of natural rubber and the van der waals forces between them.

Abstract: In this work, the crosslink density of uncured natural rubber with different initial moisture contents, 3.80%, 10.05%, 19.76%, 23.68%, respectively, dried by microwave at frequency of 2450MHz was studied using nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. Seen from the results, the effect of initial moisture content of wet natural rubber on crosslink density and processability were obvious. With the increment of initial moisture content of wet natural rubber, the crosslink density of natural rubber after microwave dried with the frequency of 2450MHz decreased gradually. The crosslink density and A(Mc) of natural with the lower initial moisture content was bigger compared with natural rubber with the higher initial moisture content.

Abstract: In this article, the molecular weight of wet Natural Rubber (NR) with different initial moisture contents, 3.80%, 10.05%, 19.76%, respectively, dried by microwave at frequency of 2450MHz was investigated using GPC. It can be seen from the results that an obvious trend of Mn and Mw changes was presented. With the increment of initial moisture contents, Mn and Mw decreased gradually. The molecular weight distribution (d) increased with the initial moisture contents increment, but quite closer to each other.

Abstract: The natural rubber samples produced by conventional tapping methods were used as a control, then analyzed the dry rubber property of natural rubber, the dynamic property and Physical & mechanical property of vulcanized rubber using Rubber processing analyzer and Thermogravimetric Analyze the difference between the properties of dry rubber and vulcanized rubber produced by Micro-cut Tapping with Gas-stimulation. The results indicated that the tensile strength, tear strength elastic modulus of dry rubber that produced by Micro-cut Tapping with Gas-stimulation are respectively 20%, 7% lower than the control. The protein content of dry rubber materials produced by Micro-cut Tapping with Gas-stimulation is 16.7% higher than control group.

Abstract: Oil-in-water (O/W) nanoemulsion of Macadamia integrifoblia oil was prepared. The nanoemulsion with the minimum diameter (22.13 nm) would be gained at the ratio of surfactant (Tween-80): cosurfactant (olive oil): oil phase (ethanol)=9:2:1, 86.4% distributing between 10~30 nm, spherical. The Macadamia integrifoblia oil nanoemulsion was still clarity, homogeneous and stable after the stability tests.

Abstract: A phosphate-based ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethylphosphate ([EMI[DE), was synthesized and used to dissolve sugarcane bagasse cellulose under microwave radiation. The original and regenerated cellulose were both characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that cellulose had a more porous and less crystalline structure after regeneration, whereas chemical composition had no change. Thermal stability of the regenerated cellulose was somewhat lower, corresponding to the decreased crystallinity. In short, the treatment with [EMI[DE led to desirable structural modification on sugarcane bagasse cellulose via physical process. This is of great benefit to the subsequent downstream processes, such as enzymatic hydrolysis and ethanol fermentation.

Abstract: Surface modified nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) was prepared by silicon-69, and then blended into natural rubber latex to prepare nanocomposites. The nanocomposites properties of tensile properties, tear strength, morphology and thermal dynamic mechanical properties were measured by mechanical property testing, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), respectively. The results showed that modified NCC is homogeneously distributed throughout NR matrix, which leads to the enhancement on mechanical properties. Moreover, the storage modulus (E) of modified nanocellulose filled NR is higher than unmodified nanocellulose filled NR, and the tanδ is reversed.
