Abstract: According to the problem that multi-frequency weak signal under the full frequency coverage constraint is hard to detect, this paper puts forward a detection method by adaptive flexible stochastic resonance. Based on frequency band decomposition of input signal, each function modules of flexible stochastic resonance system are configured for different frequency bands. Parameters including system structural parameters, frequency compression factor and frequency of modulation signal are optimized adaptively by genetic algorithm. Then each signal component distributed on each frequency band is processed by stochastic resonance effect to realize the enhancement of multiple weak features under the full frequency coverage constraint. Finally, through simulation analysis and an example of rolling bearing fault diagnosis, the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of this presented method in the detection of multi-frequency weak signal is verified.

Abstract: In order to guarantee the programs play correctly and protect the digital video copyright, this paper gets a method on high-definition video (HD video) online recognition with strong robustness through analyzing the TV monitoring system requirements and video characters, based on the DCT algorithm. This method will embed the watermark after obtaining the embedding positions by analyzing video frames. It can improve the robustness to compression, noise and filtering by using Arnold scramble and spread spectrum technology. It is a real-time measure to extract watermark and recognize it in HD videos. This method shows of good performance to online recognition in HD video’s watermark extracting and recognizing in theoretical analysis and simulation experiment.

Abstract: In order to strengthen scientific management, a digital method of man-hour quota calculation based on the theory of lean production was proposed and a man-hour quota management system which is a computer-aided measurement system was researched and developed. Firstly, machine power signals were acquired and the processing state was judged after filtering. Secondly, the cutting processing time was gotten according to the processing status, which was integrated into the standard man-hour. Finally, the data was stored for future use in data mining and also for providing a reliable basis and guarantee for the accounting of product costs, the plan of production and the allocation of resources. The accurate counting of man-hour was realized in this system, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and practicality, and is suitable to be applied and popularized in discrete manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Most of workflow management systems in the market are based on centralized defining in the organization. Further more, they have poor ability to describe the complex process, and have difficulty to deal with the business process share between cross-organizations. To support virtual and cross-organizational workflows in distributed environment, WfMSs must realize cross-organizational and distributed management to improve the dependability and extensible etc. To solve these issues, a Web-based lightweight process modeling system has been developed in this paper. This system is based on Java and XML technology, and provides friendly GUI which is easy to be used. The model document can be saved in XML format, so the interoperation between different workflow products becomes easy. This system establishes the base for enacting the WfMSs.

Abstract: In order to automate the manufacturing process design and shorten the design lifecycle, a visible manufacturing process design system is put forward. In this system, the workflow technology is used to manage the procedure of manufacturing process design. In this paper, a typical procedure of manufacturing process design is analyzed. Based on this analysis, the structure of the system and the interfaces to each other are also introduced. Furthermore the key technologies that are needed in actualizing the system are analyzed, and an application of this system is provided.
