Abstract: A system combined the function of Industrial Computer, PLC, virtual instruments, sensors and data acquisition was designed and developed for testing and controlling of hydraulic steering control unit, which can achieve automated data acquisition, data processing, test results judgment, false alarms and etc. with the development of computer and science. The software of test system was designed through LabVIEW, and by using module design method, error detection, modify and maintenance of the software turn to be simple and the software become more robust. The system also adopted shielding and filtering with combination of hardware and software to improve test accuracy which reduces test error caused by operators and improve test efficiency.

Abstract: The paper discusses the optimization technology and algorithm features in the hydraulic system simulation. It presents the realization in the package. Detailed description of the principle and development is shown, focused on parameter optimization by parameter error integration and genetic algorithm which are realized in the optimization module. The application is an example of hydraulic system of injection molding machine which showed the efficiency and capacity of the module. The comparison between curves of simulation and experiment indicated the achievements, to find optimized hydraulic parameters efficiently and quickly so as to shorten the design cycle.

Abstract: In this paper, a teaching method reform is introduced based on the CDIO international concept of engineering education, to build the integrated teaching model of the mechanical principles that combines theory teaching, experiment and course design. During the reform, a schedule is made to arrange these three parts according to their contents, and joined all the content together so as to let students’ do related practices while learning new theories. This reform is aim at leading students change from passive learning into voluntary study, cultivating students' creative thinking so as to train students the abilities of conceive, design, implementation and operation. The results turned out that this method can free students from traditional teaching model and make a solid foundation for training a qualified mechanical engineer.

Abstract: At present, virtual instrument technology has been widely used in all kinds of tests, measurements and automation fields. Test software is the mainstay of virtual instrument, which plays a key role during the process of implementing test task. In order to meet the flexibility of test items and variability of parameters about industrial testing objects, this paper introduces a modular programming idea by using software of virtual instrument. This idea divides all test items into sub-modules due to different function of test items, so as to recombining some sub-modules to satisfy new requirements of different tests. This method is used in an actual software design for industrial test system, practical application shows that this software design method of modular programming is not only realize the flexibility and generality of automation test system, but also provide a good platform for the secondary development of test program.

Abstract: Using domestic MFSP membrane as a medium of energy conversion, a kind of MFSP actuator was designed. The dedicated test equipment was constructed for experimental research, and the experimental results were given. The strip and circular MSFP membrane were analyzed qualitatively to obtain the deformation characteristics of membrane by finite element analysis software.
