Abstract: The process of the safety design process, the structure principle and the key technology are described. The technology of dual molder, gas-water combined condensation, online fire fighting and infrared thermo-induction automatic disconnecting relief valve is used in this machine, which , compared to the current domestic “erect-pit output” technology, enjoys higher security & reliability during the production, higher effiiciency and better stability of the products. It perfectly meets the demand of the “horizontal output” process.

Abstract: The operating principle of and the calculating method of the key technology parameters of precise system for mixing the protecting gas of magnesium-Alloy smelting are described. This system adopts the “static-pressure mixing” technology, which has two gas vessels to provide the gas in turn. This technology, compared to the current “dynamic throttling commingle ” technology, enjoys higher precision of mixing and stability of gas-providing. The economic precision of the mixing is 0.1 percent, which can obviously reduce of the commingling-ratio density of the valid elemental gas’ component and the operating cost of the equipment on the basis of ensuring the safety of segregation the oxygen during the magnesium- alloy smelting.

Abstract: The technology of the domestic-manufacture of the whole-set recovery equipment for the scraps of magnesium alloy has almost finished in China. According to the request of the process of the recycle of the scraps of magnesium alloy and the key technology, the general situation of the whole-setting of related domestic-manufactured equipments, the technology parameters of the main technological equipments and the plan for the development in the future described. The key technological indexes of domestic-manufactured equipments for quantitative outputting the melted magnesium alloy and domestic-manufactured multiple-protecting-gas commingling equipments keeps are as advanced or better than the overseas technologies of the similar equipments.
