Abstract: The FEM model of lubricating oil film was built with mill oil-film bearing as the research target, the analysis system of magnetic-fluid lubricating oil film for oil-film bearing was developed. APDL and CEL languages were applied to compile the inner analytical programs, and the combination of VB, ANSYS Mechanical with ANSYS CFX was perfectly realized. Through the numerical simulation of magnetic-fluid lubricating film, the load-carrying performances of oil-film bearing with magnetic-fluid lubrication were analyzed, and the relationship among magnetic field intensity with oil-film pressure and temperature was quantitatively calculated. The numerical results have shown that the magnetic-fluid lubrication has obvious influences on oil-film pressure when magnetic field was applied on oil-film bearing, the lubricating viscosity increases with the magnetic-fluid intensity, and the oil-film pressure and temperature also increase with magnetic-field intensity. However, the increasing increment of oil-film temperature is far lower than that of oil-film pressure. The above conclusions prove that magnetic fluid with proper magnetic field can effectively improve the load-carrying capacity of lubricating oil film and enhances the stability of oil-film pressure. Moreover, the adjustable intelligent oil-film pressure with magnetic field is deduced to be feasible.

Abstract: Three-stand mills continues produced of multi-layer composite steel plate, multiple L2 servers together computing to complete the tasks, serviced to many models in whole automated production process. In this paper, multi-embedded systems distributed and cooperative control program takes instead of multi L2 server mode, one L2 data collection and record server was remained. An example of rolling force model is used to discuss the control architecture, Sims simplified formula. The experiment and numerical results show that the control architecture is capable of reliable operation, and the accuracy of the target is no less than 94%.

Abstract: Edge drop of strip and sheet is a key technological issue besides of gauge control and shape control during the process of wide strip rolling, the reasonable control procedure of edge drop can increase the qualified product ratio, as well the quality and performance of product, it is especially effective for the silicon steel sheet, tin sheet and automobile body sheet. Therefore, more researchers focus on the edge drop of strip and its control technology in recent years. In this paper, a new strip profile control equation is established originally, according to the ways of strip shape control technology of large-scale tandem cold rolling mills. The new equation describes both the shape control and edge drop control. Some verification is developed in the equation based on the 1420mm UCMW tandem cold mill. The research result about mechanics of edge drop and it's control have been applied in tandem cold rolling mill. The good result is obtained according to the field measured data, and the control precision is increased greatly.

Abstract: Based on experimental results and theoretical analysis at different temperatures and time of unit diffusion quantity,the chemical reaction rate in the reaction process between iron and molten tin, is investigated within the range of 260~350°C. The results indicate that the chemical reaction rate at different time decreases rapidly with the time at the same temperature, it take about four minutes to cease. Morever, the numerical value of the reaction rate at different time are close and decrease with the increasing of the temperature.

Abstract: The system dynamics mathematical model for 8-R seven-bar Ⅲ linkage is induced through plurality, and then translated into matrix format, the modeling is solved for given mathematical model as well as the correctness of overcome is analyzed to give relative response curve, and the purpose is to calculate energetic parameter during the mechanism working precisely, meanwhile experiment results show constraint reaction force and driving force in the process of shearing with rolling-cutting bilateral shear , by using statistical energetic parameter to verify the correctness of above mentioned mathematical model as well , which gives a basis for design , control principle analysis and practical use for the mechanism .

Abstract: For establishing an automatic process control and management system of leveler, we need to combine the software of the automatic process control and the software of real-time data management system. This article introduces something about the Leveling automatic process model, which include software’s structure, configuration, working principle and achievement. What's more, this system achieved the data management of leveling process and introduced the system configuration, functional structure. The whole system has been applied in multiple leveler and obtained good results, improving the system automation and straightening accuracy.

Abstract: No 460 oil-film bearing oil as the dedicated lubricant is regarded as the incompressible Newtonian fluid. To comprehensively analyze the real oil flow state, the mathematical model on velocity profiles, together with its dimensionless equations, is established, and the calculating program is developed to simulate the 3D velocity profiles and velocity gradients at different oil flow layers. The relationship between velocity profiles and the oil film pressure is discussed, and the velocity tendency is consistent with the general velocity profile of wedge cross section. The conclusions are beneficial to the further study on lubricating performances of heavy contact components and to prolong their service lives.

Abstract: In this paper, the diffusion quantity of different temperatures and unit time have been investigated basing on experimental results and theoretical analysis. The diffusing parameters of molten tin in the reaction process is investigated according to diffusing formula. The results within the range of 260~350°C indicates that the diffusing activation energy is increased with the time until the reaction ceases and it is decreased with the increasing of the temperature and substrate vacancy, but the average diffusing constant of tin increased with the temperature.

Abstract: In this paper the main factors of impacting the quality in cutting the plate between the Shear blade clearance adjustment and control were analyzed, Focused on further analyzing all relevant factors on adjusting the Shear blade clearance , combined with the accumulated process parameters in production of Thick Steel Plate Plant of He Bei Wen Feng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Proposed for the first time the mathematical models of the best adjusting of Shear blade clearance of disk shear in cutting plate.
