Abstract: This paper takes the power-train of domestic a light-duty bus and its hydraulic damped mounting system as the study object. Firstly, based on the analysis of hydraulic mount's structure, working Principle and ideal dynamic characteristics, its dynamic characteristics test results of hydraulic suspension are obtained. And then using MATLAB software calculates simulation of the dynamics characteristic of the hydraulic mount system. Comparing simulation results with the testing results, they are consistent well. So the simulation model is accurate, and it provides a simplified model theory for actual study, and this simplified model is more easily available.

Abstract: The paper establishes the mechanical model of SFD-sliding bearing flexible rotor system, adopting Runge-Kutta method to solve nonlinear differential equation, thus acquiring the unbalanced response curve and then gaining the first two critical speeds of the system. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the sensitivity of the system on the first two critical speeds towards structural parameters, offering design variables to optimization analysis. Based on sensitivity analysis, genetic algorithm is employed to give an optimization analysis on critical speed, which aims to remove critical speed from working speed as much as possible. The critical speed ameliorates after the optimization which supplies theoretical basis as well as theoretical analysis towards the dynamic stability of high-speed rotor system and provides reference for the design of such rotor system.

Abstract: The driving fatigue monitoring system based on tree structure classifier is presented. The realtime fatigue monitoring system is established by training face and eye tree-structure classifiers which consists of many strong classifiers. Each strong classifier choose several weak classifiers by AdoBoost recursive method and each weak classifier is characterized by single Haar-like features. The whole Tree-structure is constructed by clustering branches recursive algorithm. Experiment has shown that the driving fatigue monitoring system based on tree-structure classifiers is very reliable. Introduction

Abstract: With the development of automotive industry, new high strength and high performance steel sheets are used more and more widely, which are the basis of weight reduction and safety improvement for automobiles. Taking examples of the design of car body, this paper focused on the remarkable effects of the application of AHSS in automobile lightweight, car safety and environment. It was also pointed out that the key topics will fall in the forming technique of AHSS and the applications of AHSS to new car body design to enhance automobile safety.

Abstract: A feasible driver fatigue monitoring system based on controllable infrared light is presented. This system adopts controllable infrared light to get the light and dark image of the pupil, and preprocess the image using differences, gaussian smoothing filter and binaryzation. Then the location of driver’s eyes is detected by template matching algorithm. Finally, Kalman Filter is implemented to track the eyes in order to detect the state of the eyes. This mechanism features accuracy, responsiveness and adaptability to various situations.

Abstract: For industrial robot manipulator system, PD control theory is extensively used in the dynamic characteristics controlling. A new modified feed-forward compensation PD controller is introduced to optimize the stability and convergence of traditional PD controller for industrial manipulator system. By the co-simulation on ADAMS and Matlab/ Simulink, the paper designs a modified feed-forward compensation PD controller based on two-link manipulator model and completes track control trial. Through result comparison and analysis, the superiority of the new modified PD controller for two-link manipulator is verified.

Abstract: In this paper, the basic theory of Virtual Design was described and the application of 3D design software SolidWorks 2009 in loader working device was introduced as well. In SolidWorks 2009, Loader working device was taken for example to discuss the process of parametric modeling. Meanwhile, it could be approved from the virtual assembly process of working device that the whole process was fully in line with the assembly process in actual production.

Abstract: The integral steering linkage is the key part on vehicle, which can ensure the Ackerman steer angle when steering. in this paper, The mathematical model of the Ackerman steering linkage is established. The author introduces the optimal design program for the Ackerman steering linkage with MATLAB optimtoolbox. With the program, users can obtain optimized calculating results by inputting basic structural parameters. Actual output angle and expected input angle curves variation with input angle is automatically drawn so as to facilitate users for analysis, comparison and selection. The proposed method is accurate and efficient to design the splitting Ackerman steering linkage.
