Abstract: Process quality control is the core in product’s quality management. To solve the problem of multi-causes process quality diagnosis in manufacturing, an algorithm based on binary tree of quality cause set and intermediate quality is proposed. Firstly, the set of quality cause is divided progressively to form a complete binary tree, and then every node of subsets is chose as non-control cause set to construct the cause-selecting control chart of the intermediate qualities in its parent node. In diagnosis, control charts with same parent are compared to narrow the scope of abnormal quality causes until they are confirmed. Practice proves that the proposed algorithm can make the procedure of quality cause judgment independent to the adjustment, thus the comparison times of control charts could be greatly reduced and the efficiency of diagnosis is highly promoted.

Abstract: The simulation and optimization of electrochemical machining is an important means to improve processing quality. However, the fragmented nature of geometric modeling and numerical analysis model, restricts the application proportion. Aiming at this problem, it is refined that the scientific problem of coordination modeling between CAD and CAE based isogeometric method. In this paper, the unified model is established based NURBS basis functions to solve the problems that the geometric parameterization and the infliction of boundary conditions. And the optimization efficiency is promoted by improved optimization model using the convex hull characteristic of NURBS basis function. At last, a confluent design method is realized for the blade electrochemical machining process.

Abstract: Aiming at the description and analysis of service-oriented manufacturing network, the paper gives its definition on the basis of analyzing the relationship between enterprises and service. Besides, it not only defines, calculates and analyzes the statistic characteristics such as node strength and clustering coefficient by the complex weighted theory, but reveals the status of enterprise and correlations in the manufacturing environment of oriented service. This study can not only provide basis for the construction and management of service-oriented manufacturing network, but for search and grouping of collaborative partners.

Abstract: Manual operation and paper document based management are the bottleneck to the quality and efficiency of aero-engine assembly process. A set of optimization methods is presented about the aero-engine assembly process. From the technical point, the model of LoA (Level of Automation) was expanded with the addition of the role dimension and task dimension to construct a quantified method of level of assembly information automation, which was utilized to guide the digitalization of assembly process. From the management point, the meticulous management was utilized to improve the microcosmic operation and macro flow control of assembly. A refine and quantified assembly digital system for aero-engine has been developed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization methods.

Abstract: In the winding process, the tape always has a lateral shift along the mandrel due to various reasons. Thus, a straight-line running cannot be maintained. If effective measures are not taken in time, the tape deviation will result in the phenomenon of corrugation and crinkling. Additionally, it would influence negatively on the precise control of tension and the quality of wound products. The tape-edge detection method, based on the charge coupled device (abbreviated as CCD) linear image sensor, is proposed to detect the deviation amount. With regard to the characteristics of PID controller and Fuzzy controller, the combined controller of Fuzzy-PID is raised. According to simulations and experiments, the effect of Fuzzy-PID controller is obviously better than that of PID controller or Fuzzy controller. By presenting the detection and control techniques for the tape deviation, the automatic rectification is achieved, the consecution and the automation degree of winding process is improved as well. Therefore, the quality of wound products is guaranteed.

Abstract: The nature of service-oriented manufacturing network is modular service network for capacity need based. The difference in service capability increases the manufacturing networks’ uncertainty, making the choice of supplier more complex. A strategy for supplier selection applying FWNN (fuzzy wavelet neural network) was presented in this paper. The first stage makes use of fuzzy system, with strong competency in knowledge representation, to convert fuzzy input parameters into crisp parameters. The artificial neural network was applied to overcome adverse effects resulting from supplier selection of non-liner and dynamic property in the second stage. The simulation was made to check the performance of the algorithm. The result indicates that this method can overcome the insufficiencies of subjectivity, arbitrariness, complicated algorithm and fuzzy input parameters in supplier selection, which realizes real-time dynamic evaluation and rapid selection under the service-oriented manufacturing environment, and its maximum relative error is less than 0.4841%.

Abstract: The product key characteristics (KCs) which are the small number of key product quality information have a significant impact on customer requirements. Firstly, the definition and classification of KCs was studied. Secondly, KCs evolvement model in the product lifecycle was proposed. The KCs evolvement consists of the KCs breakdown during design and the KCs realization during manufacturing and assembly. Thirdly, according to KCs process analysis, management mechanism of KCs based on workflow technology was presented. The workflow engine drives the KCs process and enables KCs to transfer accurately and quickly. Finally, a model of KCs management system (KCMS) based on web services was proposed.

Abstract: The traditional artificial mode of engineering change implementing in aero-engine assembly field often results in difficulties of the process control. To solve this problem, this paper firstly puts forward an aero-engine assembly field configuration relationship model (AACRM) based on the configuration data structure and correlation coordination relationship between configuration items, then analyzes the structure of engineering change document and its implementation process in assembly field. Lastly, assembly field engineering change implementing process model (AEIPM) is established based on Petri nets modeling method, which constructs the implementing and confirming process of engineering change from a product level to a step level and then from a step level to a product level.

Abstract: To achieve the purpose of machining process design base on 3D models,it is proposed a procedure modeling method with allowance figure in this paper. At first, the parameterized modeling process of 3D machining procedure model is presented, and the modeling method with allowance figure is described in detail. Then, the Petri model mapped to the modeling process of 3D machining procedure is created and illustrated. At last, through an instance, it declares that technologist can use this method to create a group of 3D machining procedure parameterized models that contain the inter-part correlations.

Abstract: In allusion to the status of the expression and integration technology of the three-dimensional CAPP processing information, a machining process information expression and integration method was put forward, which was process-oriented and based on the three-dimensional model of products. The machining process object was represented by the processing structure tree, and the processing information was expressed and collected in the three-dimensional situation. Finally,a prototype system was developed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
