Abstract: For the Mo-Ni ore that mineral composition is complex, and the grade is relatively low, the flotation’s effect is not good in advance for enrichment, because of the influence of fine grained level gangue minerals. The small diameter hydrocyclone were used to pre-discard tailings, with the best pulp density and feed pressure, the rate of throwing is the 30%, and then the flotation obtained a good beneficiation index. The crude ore that contains Mo 2.04 %, Ni 1.87 %, through the closed-circuit test won a concentrate that the grade of Mo is 8.94 % and the recovery is 91.86 %, the grade of Ni is 6.75 % and the recovery is 86.79 %. Compared with the single flotation process, it improved the flotation effect and the enrichment ratio of Mo Ni, and realized the efficient enrichment of Mo-Ni.

Abstract: The status of coking coal resources and the utilization of the middlings of coking coal are analyzed in this paper, and the necessity and practicability of middlings’ rewashing is held up. Middlings of BaBao Industrial Park Coal Preparation Plant is used as sample of experiment test, through size analysis and float-and-sink test, the feasibility of middlings’ rewash is demonstrated. Two kindes of separation processes are presented : ⑴crushing-coarse and thin slime are separated separately; ⑵crushing-grinding-froth flotation. Scheme 2 is appropriate for the separation of Babao middings.Experiments confirm that the scheme 2 would be more suitable for the middlings’ separation, and the cleaned coal’s production rate of is 31.88% , the ash content is 14.4%. So there are high social benefits and economic benefits. Reclean middlings of coking coal is a new direction for the protection of coking coal resources, in the meantime, it comply with the environmental requirements and is an important measure to realize the sustainable development.

Abstract: chemical compositions, mineral compositions, mosaic relationship, particle distribution characteristics are identified by mineralogy research on oxidization copper ore from Fuxin. Flotation conditions and closed-circuit process is carried out, it is adopted that adding sodium sulfide for sulfiding and ammonium sulfate for activating, then adding sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as combined inhibitation to intensify inhibitating, a combined collector consisiting of hexyl xanthate and butylamine dithiophosphate was used to strengthen the collecting effect. Finally, a copper concentrate with a grade of 17.39 % and a recovery of 59.36 % can be obtained, meanwhile, the grade of associated silver is 297.8 g/t, the recovery is 55.96 %.

Abstract: Contact oxidation is used to deal with the paper effluent from an enterprise of Tieling in this paper. The practical operation indicates that this technology overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional activated sludge process and has the characteristics of high anti-impact ability, high load, ran stably, the water quality of effluent is high and so on. At the same time, its one-time investment and occupation area are small, and its operation management is convenient. The wastewater quality of Contact oxidation can achieve that: CODcr≤80mg/L; SS≤20mg/L; BOD5≤30mg/L. Every index of the effluent can accord with the pulp and paper industry standards.
