Abstract: This paper examines research on sustainable tourism policies formulation and implementation and the role of government and industry policy makers. This document explains classification of China’s tourism development policies and present sustainable research progress. At the end, the article points out future development directions of sustainable tourism policies formulation : Establishing the theory system of policy research for tourism sustainable development; Deepening the policy thinking of sustainable development——industry transformation; Enriching the theory contents of tourism policy research.

Abstract: This article reviewed Chinese research literature on ecotourism in terms of the development background of China’s eco-tourism, document analysis of eco-tourism research, and research contents. According to the literature review and analysis, the research content in China focus on the concept of eco-tourism, ecotourism development & feasibility research, and the negative effect of tourism for the ecological environment. Moreover, China lacks a credible ecotourism accreditation scheme and the use of the term ecotourism is not legislated.

Abstract: Tourism industry has been put within potentially fragile environment such as coral reefs, mangroves, and polar areas, and has become one of the major factors shaping landscape and sea in coastal zones. In order to improve the sustainable development of coastal tourism, there is a need to focus on the negative effect of tourism on environment in coastal zone. The aim of this paper is to examine this prior researches related to this topic. The study revealed that the environmental impacts caused by tourism can be seemed as a complex system including diverse internal and external interacted factors, and the relationships between coastal tourism and environment adapts over time in different stages of coastal destination development.

Abstract: The theories used in these articles include life cycle theory, Budowski’s “conflict-coexistence-conflict” theory, ecosystem and ecosystem modelling theory, sustainable development theory, etc. The aim of this paper was to examine this prior research, and to find the theories and disciplines used to explain the relationship and point out Network science and complex adaptive system open new paths to analyze the relationships between tourism types and their environmental impacts in coastal areas, and help tourism research transition towards a less undisciplined array of theories and models.

Abstract: MgO-PSZ tubes used in metallurgical oxygen sensors were prepared by powder injection molding process. The microstructure was characterized by SEM, XRD and Thermomechanical Analyzer. The sintered tubes were assembled into oxygen sensors and tested in RH vessel. SEM images demonstrated that there were few pores in the tubes. The optimum injection pressure for the present organic binder is 20~30 MPa. XRD demonstrated that cubic, tetragonal, and monoclinic phase coexisted in the tube and the main phase is monoclinic phase. The results show a few monoclinic phase should be helpful for the thermal shock resistance. The thermal shock resistance of MgO-PSZ tubes was enough to determinate the active oxygen concentration in the steel melt.

Abstract: In this paper the influence of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on anticorrosion properties was discussed. KMnO4 modified carbon nanotubes were added into Waterborne PolyUrethane, then galvanized steel sheets were dipped into this composites to get a thin film and dried at 120 °C for 60 seconds. SEM observation show the film thickness was 3 µm and CNTs were dispersed in the polymer matrix. XRD demonstrated that some KMnO4 decomposed into K2MnO4 and MnO2. Polarization curves demonstrated the film exhibited excellent anticorrosion when the amount of KMnO4 modified CNTs was 6%.
