Abstract: Based on the metering principles of smart meter, this paper designed a sub-module function testing system which can analysis the function of smart meter. According to the principle of the bathtub curve, based on the sub-module function test prototype , we accelerated thermal stress test for the metering chip. By comparing the sampling channel data before and after the test, this paper proposed the metering chip failure analysis methods and processes, to find the cause of the failure, and thus form a “smart meter-metering chip-smart meter” failure analysis flow which can using for the smart meter.

Abstract: Two kinds of 3-alkoxythiophene monomers were synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution and transetherification reactions. Soluble conjugated polymers based on 3-alkoxythiophene were synthesized by electrochemical polymerization. The process of the electrochemical polymerization, electrochemical redox behaviors and electrochromis of the polymer were investigated by the cyclic voltammetry and spectroelectrochemical measurement. The onset oxidation potentials (Eonset(ox)) of both POT and OOT were at 1040mV (vs. Ag/AgCl) in electrolyte solution system. The oxidation and reduction potential of PPOT and POOT were observed between +600 mV and +900mV (vs. Ag/AgCl). The color of POOT film on the platinum electrode was blue-green for oxidation state and was dark red for reduction state, in accordance with the UV-vis spectra behaviors.

Abstract: Phosphorous-containing flame retardant additive for polyethylene terephthalate (PET), hexa(phenylamino)cyclotriphosphazene (HPACP) was synthesized by substitution reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCP) with aniline. The melting temperature of HPACP are 279.2°C, and HPACP possesses of favorable thermal stability. Flame-retardant effect of HPACP on PET was investigated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Limit Oxygen Index (LOI) methods. With the content of flame retardant HPACP increasing, the melting enthalpy of PET reduced, while the melting temperature and onset temperature showed a decreasing tendency. With the weakening of melt dripping phenomenon, LOI of PET/ HPACP flame retardant systems increases with the increase of content of HPACP. LOI of PET containing 10 wt% of HPACP is 28.3.

Abstract: Two kinds of imide dicarboxylic acid monomers, 4,4'-bis(trimellitimido) diphenyl ether Ⅰ and p-trimellitimido-benzoic acid Ⅱ were successfully synthesized from 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and p-aminobenzoic acid with trimellitic anhydride respectively.and used to synthesize a series of new aromatic poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) by the tri-phenyl phosphite-activated polycondensation method. The preparation of PAIs was carried out using triphenyl phosphate and pyridine symtem. The PAIs had inherent viscosities of 0.55–1.46 dL g-1. PAI films were obtained by casting their N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) solution. Their cast films had tensile strengths ranging from 37.4 to 83.9 MPa. The glass-transition temperatures (measured by differential scanning calorimetry) were in the range of 265-310°C. According to thermogravimetric analysis, the polymers were fairly stable up to temperature around 420°C, and 10% weight losses in the temperature range of 474-550°C in nitrogen, that showed good thermal stabilities of these polymers.

Abstract: Rinsing of cotton fabric dyeing with reactive dye was carried out by ozonation process. The results indicated that ozonation rinsing is adequate to achieve washing and rubbing fastness results comparable with conventional soaping without significant colour yield losses and colour differences. The rinsing wastewater could be simultaneously decolorized and degarded during the ozonation rinse procedure. Ozonation rinsing could take advantages of saving water, energy and time as it was performed at 50 °C for 3-7 min with a short process, and decreasing environmental load as it avoids the use of organic detergent used in conventional soaping.
