Abstract: The influence of chloride ions and sulfate ions on 15CrMoG and 12Cr1MoVG respectively in the simulated Oxygenated Treatment water chemistry conditions with SO42- and Cl- of different concentrations is studied by using polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and high temperature coupon tests. The results show that under the experiment condition of room temperature, the two materials are very prone to corrode in solutions containing SO42- and Cl- and the corrosion rate is enhanced with increasing SO42- and Cl- concentration. The corrosion resistance of 15CrMoG is stronger than 12Cr1MoVG for SO42- and Cl-. The corrosivity on 15CrMoG and 12Cr1MoVG of SO42- is lower than Cl-. Under high temperature conditions, the corrosion resistance of 15CrMoG stronger than 12Cr1MoVG in SO42- solutions.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the reasons why different of calorific value between coal as received and coal as fired generate. The differences of calorific value between coal as received and coal as fired of seven power generation groups were compared. Evaluation cycle, evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of the calorific value difference were proposed. It was pointed out that the new evaluation criteria would contribute to energy saving and consumption reduction of power enterprises

Abstract: A large number of high-speed soot particles would be produced after fossil fuels' (oil or coal) combustion in the boiler. These high-speed particles not only directly attack the heating surface of boiler tubes (damaging the tubes mechanically), but also condensate on the wall, causing even more serious chemical corrosion. The discussion has deeply studied the occurrence sites, reaction mechanism, influence factors as well as identification and prevention methods of oil-ash corrosion, coal-ash corrosion, so it would have a positive guiding significance for reducing (or preventing) the flue-gas side corrosion.

Abstract: Several different kinds of flue-gas side abrasions occurred in thermal power plant were discussed. And the occurring positions, characteristics, influence factors as well as identification and prevention methods were also introduced in detail. So some advice may serve a reference for efficiently identificating and preventing boiler failure caused by flue-gas side abrasion.
