Abstract: We prepared PEO nano fiber with different concentration of PEO acid solution by electrostatic spinning in different technology conditions. Then we studied the property of solution by rotary viscometer instrument and electrical conductivity spectrometer, the disperse form of the fiber by SEM scattered forms, the thermal property of the composite was studied by thermogravimetry and derivative thermogravimetry (TG-DTA). The conclusion is the disperse form of fiber is controlled by the concentration of solution, the voltage of spinning, the distance of solidification. The important factor is about the solution. To increase the solution viscosity and the solidification distance, reduce the spinning voltage would decrease the diameter of the fiber. Thermal stability of fiber was significantly better than powder.

Abstract: With its simple, easy operation, electrostatic spinning has become the most important and effective way on the preparation of nano-fibers. Through experiments, we identified the optimal conditions for the preparation of PAN nano-fibers composite TiO2 are: the spinning solution concentration is 12%, the angle is 5~8°, the spinning distance is 8cm, and the voltage is 12kV. The pre-oxidation largely determine the structure and properties of carbon fiber in the preparation of carbon nano-fibers. The temperature plays a decisive role on pre-oxidation. Through SEM、TG-DTA and FTIR, we explore the best conditions for the pre-oxidation temperature is 280°C and the pre-oxidation time is 2h. After carbonization and activation, the characteristic peak of TiO2 appeared at 2θ=25.2°, 37.7°in the patterns of XRD.

Abstract: SnSO4 and TiOSO4 were chosen in this paper as the main salts for preparing composite chemical conversion coating on aluminum alloy. The scope of this paper is to find out the optimal experiment process, the performance of Ti-Sn composite chemical conversion coating and tentative to analysis the microstructure of this chemical conversion coating. The optimal conditions of the concentration ratio of TiOSO4 and SnSO4 was 0.4g/L, 0.4g/L, KMnO4 1.0g/L, NaF 1.0g/L, reaction temperature 50°C、reaction time was 3min. And then different methods were used to study the performance and microstructure of the conversion coating.

Abstract: The poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP)/Cobalt Acetate Composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method. Then we got Co3O4-activated carbon fiber (ACF) from PVP/Cobalt Acetate composite nanofibers after preoxidation, carbonation and activation. Study the effect of different adsorption conditions on the adsorption rate of low concentration SO2. The SEM, TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR and BET analysis methods is used to characterize. The results show that the specific surface area of Co3O4-ACF obtained reach 1238.5 m2/g, and it contains Co3O4 after carbonation. The adsorption rate can reach 69.0%, when the concentration of SO2 is 1.0 μg/mL, adsorption temperature is 20, and adsorption time is 10 minimum.
