Abstract: The article took thermal power plant for example, construct five industrial chains: heat and power cogeneration, sea water desalination, salt manufacturing, salt chemical and waste reuse. According to system analysis, the paper studied various factors of thermal circulation economy. It also use systematic function theory and analytic hierarchy process to construct the advantages function of cycle economic, and tries to explore a new comprehensive evaluation method for power plant circular economy. Research shows that desalination recycle economy mode will promote the utilization rate of resources and energy from each aspect for enterprises, it also improve ecological environment of power plant, so as to realize the sustainable development of thermal power plant.

Abstract: The dangerous events often happen in coal-fired power plant and its influence is very serious. Use entropy weigh method to determine the weight of index is very popular, it not only consider the key factors but also make a quantitative analysis for the interaction and coordination among different index. It is about how to make the function of system security greater than the sum of each single subsystem. The case study shows that the comprehensive safety evaluation model can integrate the safety factor and analyze the nonlinear effect of each index so as to make the evaluation result more reasonable, then, it can supply the scientific basis for safety production management of enterprise.

Abstract: Enterprise sustainable development emphasizes coordination of the development of economy, environment and society. The life cycle cost based on the sustainable development controls the engineering cost as well as environmental pollution and damage. The thermal power plant burns large amount of fossil fuels and discharge pollutants which cause serious pollution. Therefore the pollution control and ecological conservation make up important parts of construction and production cost, both of which are key parts of life cycle cost. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to estimate the life cycle cost and helps the enterprise to make social or temporal comparison and potentiality exploitation and to improve its sustainable development capability.
