Abstract: Simulation model of Hydraulic steering system with flow amplification, which is widely used in traffic engineering machinery, is established in AMESim8.0.0 environment. Through the structure analysis of the system's three compositions, which are priority valve, steering gear and steering cylinder, are modeled by using the library of HCD. According to parameters of the actual structure of the system, the simulation parameters are set to every component of the model. Under the circumstances of step signal with different angle, rotation, and load force, the simulation results of the model turn out to be in accordance with the characteristic of the real system, which indicates feasibility and reliability of the model to specific performance analysis and optimization design.

Abstract: The paper discusses the optimization technology and algorithm features in the hydraulic system simulation. It presents the realization in the package. Detailed description of the principle and development is shown, focused on parameter optimization by parameter error integration and genetic algorithm which are realized in the optimization module. The application is an example of hydraulic system of injection molding machine which showed the efficiency and capacity of the module. The comparison between curves of simulation and experiment indicated the achievements, to find optimized hydraulic parameters efficiently and quickly so as to shorten the design cycle.

Abstract: This paper based on the CDIO international engineering education philosophy, we conceived a more detailed mechanical engineering major training system, and we analyzed the problems in the teaching process, we described the knowledge, ability and quality that students should have, at the same time we discussed the implementation method of trinity of engineering project, workplace environment, industry-university cooperation.

Abstract: At present, virtual instrument technology has been widely used in all kinds of tests, measurements and automation fields. Test software is the mainstay of virtual instrument, which plays a key role during the process of implementing test task. In order to meet the flexibility of test items and variability of parameters about industrial testing objects, this paper introduces a modular programming idea by using software of virtual instrument. This idea divides all test items into sub-modules due to different function of test items, so as to recombining some sub-modules to satisfy new requirements of different tests. This method is used in an actual software design for industrial test system, practical application shows that this software design method of modular programming is not only realize the flexibility and generality of automation test system, but also provide a good platform for the secondary development of test program.
