Abstract: The contents of the paper cover tooth contact analysis and optimization of transmission error for Klingelnberg spiral bevel gear. First, the rolling model, tooth contact analysis formulas are derived, contact area and transmission error curve is plotted. Second, the fuzzy optimization method is established to enhance the performance of the gears meshing, the optimization parameters can be confirmed to reduce transmission error. Third, an example of Klingelnberg spiral bevel gear for the illustration of the developed theory is represented.

Abstract: The gas temperature in vessel will be significantly increased according to the aeration speed and pressure during the aeration or deflation for the ultrahigh pressure vessel. Due to the restriction of air tightness and structure for the ultrahigh pressure vessel, it is difficult to measure the gas temperature by adopting the traditional measurement method without change of the vessel structure. In this paper, a new type interior off-line temperature detector is designed to measure the gas temperature in vessel. The power, temperature sensors, processor, memory and human-computer communication module is linear arranged in the circuit board, which ensure that the temperature detector can be putted inside the ultrahigh pressure vessel through the vessel inlet of diameter Ø25mm. The experiment results show that the gas temperature in vessel can be effectively measured by adopting the interior off-line temperature detector without change of the vessel structure.

Abstract: In this paper, we compare the Differential transformation method and Adomian decomposition method to solve Euler-Bernoulli Beam vibration problems. The natural frequencies and mode shapes of the clamped-free uniform Euler-Bernoulli equation are calculated using the two methods. The Adomian decomposition method avoids the difficulties and massive computational work inherent in Differential transformation method by determining the very rapidly convergent analytic solutions directly. We found the solution between the two methods to be quite close. According to calculation of eigenvalues, natural frequencies and mode shapes, we compare the convergence of Differential transformation method and Adomian decomposition method. The two methods can be alternative ways to solve linear and nonlinear higher-order initial value problems.

Abstract: In this paper, the integrated emissivity of isothermal cylindrical cavity is calculated based on ANSYS finite element method at different wall material emissivity and Cavity length, and are compared with the calculation results of the Monte Carlo method, the average absolute deviation is 0.00045. Meanwhile, this paper presents meshing rules of the cavity bottom surface and the cavity mouth surface, it proposes that the cavity mouth surface is regarded as the equivalent radiant surface, and calculates the integrated emissivity of different positions on the equivalent radiant surface, analyzes the influence of the wall material emissivity, cavity length, the position of radius direction.

Abstract: Hybrid flow shop (HFS), as a production organization mode with characteristics of high flexibility, low cost and quick replacement job, has attracted extensive attention of research units and enterprises. In order to resolve the complex HFS scheduling optimization problem, an improved immune scheduling algorithm (ISA) model is proposed in this paper. A local search optimization algorithm,which can optimize the scheduling instance, accelerate the convergence of ISA, and improve scheduling results eventually, is adopted in the model on the basis of the job insert method. The results which simulate the manufacturing model of a camshaft enterprise show that the improved algorithm model is effective.

Abstract: The article used the large span and heavy load cross-rail of some machine tools plant’s heavy-type numerical control milling planer for research object, by using the finite element software to build the model and force analysis. It also researched the force distribution and deformation condition of the large span motion girder under the actual working condition. It considered the slide carriage superposition effect to build the describing method and establishing process of the large span load curve by contacting analysis and restraining analysis, and got the knifepoint trajectory deformation. The research provided the sufficient theory basis and simulation method for designing improvement of cross-rail structure and got a perfect arch in advance.

Abstract: This paper summarizes and analyzes several construction methods of a list of common materials, proposes a new type of path-based BOM construction methods, improve BOM arithmetic to achieve BOM traversal algorithm. The BOM structure and its traversal algorithm are applied to data management platform of heavy-duty machine tool, which improve the operational efficiency of data management platform.

Abstract: According to the characteristic which is more and difficult to determine about the automotive panel forming factors, based on the dynamic explicit method, taking the typical automobile front fender for example, do the simulation analysis by using of DYNAFORM. On the premise of taking springback factors into account, analog the best stamping process parameters has been optimized from the analysis results after simulation such as sheet metal forming limited drawing(FLD)and sheet metal thinning drawing.
