Abstract: The coal enterprise ERP system is a management platform that built on the basis of information technology to provide management thinking for decision-making layer and operation methods for employees. Smooth implementation of ERP system can make it possible to distribute enterprise resources reasonably and fulfill the requirement of bringing maximum financial profits. In the paper, the problems that modern coal enterprises to implement ERP faced are analyzed, including, there exist misunderstanding and lack the knowledge of ERP to leadership, there lack of manpower and energy to enterprises after the implementation of ERP, and improper choice of partner and ERP software, etc. The article points out that leaders should seek unity of thinking, fully realize ERP is “top managerial project”, pay attention to the implementation, and dare to undertake the responsibilities. The enterprises must improve the qualities of the staff, especially the leader's qualities, carefully choose the software providers and the partners to ensure the smooth implementation of ERP systems.

Abstract: Since the end of the 1970s and early 1980s, with the introduction of foreign MRPII/ERP software and the advanced business management thought Chinese manufacturing industry began the road to high-level information. After 30 years of development, Chinese manufacturing industry has experienced 20 years start-up and early stage, main features of this period were long-period implementation, expensive spending and poor flexibility, coupled with the low management level and out-dated IT technology. The probability of successful implementation of enterprise ERP is very low. Since then the stage was more than 5 years of growth, and the characteristics of this period were the domestic ERP software. With simple application, short cycle implementation and low cost, many small and medium-sized enterprises had carried on successful application. Since 2005, our country enterprise ERP application entered maturity, the main features of this period are wider range and improving success rate of ERP application. Abstract: Take air conditioner panel for example, it is introduced that the whole process of hot runner injection mold design and manufacture based on CAD/CAE/CAM technology. The panel structure and injection process were analyzed using HuaSu CAE software, then the panel structure was designed using UG/Mold Wizard software, the NC programming and manufacture simulating of the formed parts were done by UG/MACHINE module at last. Compared with the traditional mold design method, CAD/CAE/CAM technology not only can improve the efficiency, shorten production period, but also can reduce the cost of mold design and manufacture greatly.

Abstract: In this paper, the influences of applied magnetic field on flow state during electroforming of the high-aspect-ratio (HAR) blind micro-hole were numerically analyzed using the Fluent software. The results showed that, when microelectroforming of nickel without external agitation, three vortexes could form due to the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) effect within the HAR micro-hole with magnetic field in parallel to cathode-electrode surface, and the flow rate in the micro-hole increased with the increase of the magnetic field and current density. The MHD effect helped to enhance mass transfer during the microelectroforming of HAR microstructures.
