Abstract: Airplane assembly process is a large system of multi-departments collaboration and multi-disciplines integrated application, and it would be influenced by various factors in quality and efficiency. The successful application of monomial technical must rely on the whole assembly process of effective supply chain control system and the environment. This environment from the design process to material distribution throughout the whole process of airplane assembly, and through digital measuring coupling detection model and real, completes quality closed-loop control in assembly site. The environment is a multi-level efficient integration of planning, technology and logistics, affects the overall efficiency, and plays a very important position in assembly process.

Abstract: Along with the development of manufacturing enterprise information deeply, production site visualization manufacturing technology is one of the key technologies of information construction, so it is concerned in many ways. Production site visualization manufacturing technology is an important technical problem that manufacturing enterprise must be faced and resolved in future. This paper started from the production site visualization of manufacturing technology, defined and built 3D process model, analysed the traditional the way of process information transferring and releasing, researched production site visualization manufacturing technology based on 3D process model, and expounded application example of the 3D process design.
