Abstract: In this paper, based on the honeycomb floor damper of high-speed train, the finite element analysis was carried out on the floor damper, and we compared the experimental results with the physical model experiments. The results show that: when correction factor γ = 0.5, there is the minimum incremental error of vertical deformation, and the value of the damper parameters is the best at this time.

Abstract: Based on the emus' VIP test of floor shock absorber, the parameter optimizations are conducted. Through the experimental comparison and analysis of low stiffness with high damping, stiffness damping and the original car shock absorber, it proved that the high stiffness damping vibration damping performance is better than another two kinds of shock absorber.

Abstract: According to studying the mechanism of open mill mixing in low temperature and its intelligent mixing theory, based on the analysis of the experimental results getting from the self-developed XK-160E type open mill, we established a mathematical model for predicting the mix Mooney viscosity. The inspection and verification of mathematical model results showed that the predicted Mooney viscosity was very close to the practical value indicating a good predictive effect.

Abstract: Using the intelligent open mill mixing experimental platform, in the light of the all-steel radial tire tread formula, according to the experimental results and using regression analysis method and analysis software, we completed the establishment of the dispersion mathematical model about the open mill rubber. And through the inspection and verification of the model, we know that the multiple correlation coefficient of the model was 0.773 and the level of significance of the t-statistic and F-statistic are less than 0.01, also the absolute error between the predicted value of this model and the measured value is less than 0.7. It shows that the model is quite significant and can be applied.

Abstract: This experiment adapt orthogonal experimental method, producing the experimental study on the impact of the open mill mixing process technological parameters on the mixing quality, using the open mill intelligent mixing experimental platform which are designed and developed dependently and a variety of advanced experimental equipment. Finally, find the optimal technological parameters for the open mill mixing process, and are the roller spacing 0.6mm, the best roller speed 29r/min, the best roller speed ratio 1.25, the best mixing temperature50°C, the best mixing time 18.5min, respectively.

Abstract: Experimental research on the relationship between rubber open mill mixing process parameters of roller pitch, roller speed and roller speed ratio changes and mix quality. The results show that the process parameters changes in open mill mixing process have significant effects on mixing quality and efficiency. And get the best process parameters optimization in open mill mixing process: the best changes trend of roller pitch, roller speed and roller speed ratio are from small to big, from small to big and from big to small.

Abstract: Filling factor and polyester short fiber addition impact the mixing process and performances of mixed rubber greatly. The effects of filling factor and polyester short fiber addition on mixing short fiber-rubber composite material have been studied by experimental study. And according to the experimental results, at the condition of filling factor was 0.6 and polyester short fiber addition was 3, the performances of mixed rubber were best.

Abstract: Rotor speed is one of the most important technical characteristics of the internal mixer. The effects of rotor speed on mixing process have been studied. In the experiments, three types of synchronous rotors which were two-wing synchronous rotor, four-wing synchronous rotor and six-wing synchronous rotor were used. The experimental results indicated that there was a proper speed of different rotor structure for mixing process. And along with the increase of rotor speed, the maximum power, the unit consumption of energy and discharging temperature increase, while the physical and mechanical properties of mixed rubber got a better value.

Abstract: Vulcanization process is the last step of manufacturing rubber products. For tire tread which is made of short fiber rubber composite material, vulcanization is complex due to during vulcanization process the flow of mixed rubber maybe change short fibers orientation. As a result, during vulcanization process, several pieces of iron wire have been put in the mold to play the role of tire patterns for the first step research. The experimental results indicate that the flow of mixed rubber would not change short fibers orientation greatly, and physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material keep as good as that vulcanized without iron wire.

Abstract: Response surface method was used to optimize the process parameters of bio-packaging materials, which is produced by twin-screw extruder, in order to get the best performance, increase production levels. In this article, we use the Design Expert software, Box-Behnken Design module, under the conduction that the mass fraction of starch, plant fiber, polyethylene were respectively 70%,10%,30%, and keep a plasticizer to 5%, We analysis and optimize the screw extrusion temperature, speed and filler content, The results showed that the optimum technology parameters for screw speed 101.81 r•min-1, extrusion temperature 118.24°Cand filler content is 5.0.
