Abstract: To solve the problems that general proportional valve can’t meet the requirements of high precision control, the paper describes the generation mechanism of kinetic energy in the accurate spool displacement control system of the small flow rate proportional valve. The mechanism of kinetic energy and displacement control of spool under disturbance are discussed quantitatively. Based on DSP and the mathematical model established, the digital state observer feedback control system is designed. The experiment shows that the system can restrain disturbance effectively, and the control accuracy of spool displacement is high, which is up to the level of 5μm.

Abstract: The new plane/space thermal cutting robot work station system for metal plate for a variety of two-dimensional (such as plane) and three-dimensional (such as Groove) cutting jobs, fully applies to the user on any graphics sheet metal cutting and cutting groove. It is based on robot and plane thermal cutting area or space thermal cutting area mature technology applications in the system. This article focuses on the new system composition and configuration, works, pneumatic control systems, robotics and controller applications, space thermal cutting control programming methods, etc. The new system, the higher degree of automation is a metal sheet processing. Through practical, cutting performance stable and reliable, the workpiece bulk cutting heterogeneity, significantly reducing the labor and improving productivity.

Abstract: According to the spatial hot cutting characteristic and the user technological requirement, designed robot bevel have cut the workstation control system based on OTC the AX-MV6.This article introduced the system hardware constitution and the principle of work, the air course control system, the robot and the controller function, the spatial hot cutting control programming method and so on. This system definitely may under the robot control, complete to steel plate each kind two-dimensional (for example plane) and three dimensional (for example bevel) cuts the work, uses in metal plate random graph cutting and bevel cutting. Confirms this system performance after the production to be stable, the work piece cutting quality is good, the production efficiency is high.
