Abstract: It is assumed that hemp stalk, bast fibre and xylem are the geometrical model of hollow cylinder on the basis of getting the average size and the average elastic constants. The stress and strain distributions of hemp stalk under the transversely even-distributed load are analyzed through ANSYS software. According to the geometrical size and the material attributes of peeling roller, the dynamic simulation model of roller and hemp stalk is built.

Abstract: The traditional pot frame for military use is made of the stainless structure. This kind of frame is not only heavy, but also difficult to carry. In order to reduce the soldiers’ burden, this study adapts the Carbon fiber and reinforced nylon to make the frame more comfortable. The total weight has reduced 70% compared with the original frame, which greatly increases the protect function for military.
