Abstract: From the urgent needs of storage life evaluation in missile storage management, combining the characteristics of long-term use of missile and characteristics of different level products of the system, a complete set of overall solution of the life prediction and life extension of missile was proposed. First, through the use of missiles long-term use historical information, the reliability function model of the missile storage was established, and the life conclusions of missiles were estimated. Secondly, by conducting accelerated life or accelerated degradation test of missile, the life of missile was estimated. And by conducting environmental test and simulation test, the environmental adaptability indexes were verified. Thirdly, by carrying out the life feature detection analysis of the circuit board, the microscopic defects in the circuit board were detected, and the guidance for life extension work was raised. Finally, by conducting accelerated degradation of the key components and materials, the life conclusions of them were estimated. Combining the storage life information of missiles, board-level circuits, components and materials, a complete set of overall solution of the life prediction and life extension of missile was proposed.

Abstract: Human error controllability is analyzed based on the classic classification method of the human error in this paper. The paper also gives the comprehensive evaluation index for controllability of controllable human error. With evaluation index, Human Error control activities can be effectively guided in the production system. At last, taken the assembling process of the automobile gearbox for example, a case study is conducted. Example proves that this method can provide decision support objectively and accurately for human error control.

Abstract: This paper chose multi-index to provide a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the use reliability of CNC machine tools as a single assessment indicator is biased. As the number of evaluation factors is huge and it is difficult to get the exact values, a fuzzy theory is applied. Reliability mathematical model and maintainability mathematical model were established based on failure data selected from filed test and calculated the estimation values of reliability indexes. Subsequently, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of CNC machine tools was constructed which combined fuzzy with comprehensive evaluation theory. Using this model could evaluate reliability level of CNC machine tools accurately and integrative.
